Bossman: Customer service does NOT exist in Nigeria period! Banks, Telecom operators, etc. What they fail to understand is that it's the customers that are keeping them in business and paying their salaries. Without the customers they will cease to exist. I quite agree with you. When you start patronizing typical Nigerian entrepreneur (even a foreign one based here), they start thinking they are doing you a favour and misbehaving massively. I don't blame them, it's the rot and decay in our institution. If our institutions are strong and solid, everyone of them will fall in line |

Before MTN gets to the level of Starlink in terms of customer service, it will take 80 years Those using Starlink can confirm this. Starlink treats us like eggs from day 1 till now Some people that were thinking of switching from Starlink to MTN quickly had rethink when they started seeing negative reviews and frustrating comments from users |

What can I do guys? This the reason i want to wait to wait till 2028 before i onboard MTN Fibre X |

twosquare: One of the reasons I bailed on Starlink. The yearly subscription cost is something else for me even though I have the money. You can go to the Starlink thread and order through a referral link there so you can get one month credit sub free whenever you are ready. Residential is 684K/yr That's massive ooo.. |
