Thanks plenty plenty...

Pls how about the heart program
Dlastofmykind:
Using any programming language, you may not necessarily need an array.
If the number of courses is undetermined,
Ask the user to input the number of courses he is offering that semester.
Declare a variable to be accumulating the points of each of the courses. Initialize the variable to 0 (zero)
Declare a variable to be accumulating the units of each of the courses. Initialize the variable also to 0 (zero)
Loop through the number of courses.
For each of the courses, ask the user to input his score and the units of that course.
Calculate the points of each course using the following illustration.
Depending on the grade system of your school, Some schools like UI operates on a grade system of 7.0 and you must have a minimum of 70 marks per each course for you to have an A in a course, schools like most polytechnics operates on a grade point of 4.0 (except The Polytechnic, Ibadan, which uses 5.0) and you must have 75 upwards for you to have an A in a course, while others schools operates on a grade point of 5.0 and you must have a minimum of 70 for you to have an A in a course.
So, the next thing to do is to use if statements to get the range of each point per course.
Take for instance, if your school operates on a grade system of 5.0 and you must have at least 70 to have an A in any course, then your if statements can look like this
if(score>=70) {
grade = 5.0;
point = grade*unit;
total_point+=point;
total_unit+=unit;
}
else if( (score>=65) && (score < 70) ) {
grade = 4.5;
point = grade*unit;
total_point+=point;
total_unit+=unit;
}

Then you terminate the loop

and then calculate the GP for that semester by using something like

gradePoint = total_point/total_unit.

I guess that's all
Thanks plenty plenty...

Pls how about the heart program

Religion / Re: The Bible Truth About Hell by geosvic: 6:01am On Aug 11, 2015
this is not true. If you claim you belong to God depart from iniquity. You are only quoting the bible to support your evil desires and actions. You can actually live above sin because the bible says be holy just as your father in heaven is holy. Read Revelations 21:8.

Politics / 15 Reasons Why I Do Not Support Jonathan by geosvic: 1:28pm On Jan 31, 2015
15 REASONS WHY I DO NOT
SUPPORT JONATHAN - by
Saintmoses Eromosele.
Below are the 15 reasons why I
do not support Jonathan. Read
them carefully and share this post until every Nigerian knows
the truth about Jonathan and
vote wisely in February. Enough
is enough of the propaganda.
Let's get the real facts about
this Jonathan. Here are the fifteen reasons
why I do not want to support
Jonathan.
1. Jonathan signed the Freedom
of Information Bill into law. The
FOI gives citizens the right to access information from
government. How dare Jonathan
do this when for eight years
Obasanjo refused to sign it and
even Buhari in his time made a
decree banning Nigerians from information. Jonathan gave
Nigerians the right to get
government secrets. I don't
support Jonathan for that.
2. Jonathan increased the
Minimum wage from N7,500 to N18,000 for Nigeria workers.
Goodluck has not done anything
for workers in Nigeria. Obasanjo
the critic was better because he
refused to sign the increment
for Nigerian workers. I don't support Jonathan for that.
3. Jonathan increased NYSC
allowance N7,500 to N19,800.
Jonathan has not done anything
for corpers. I don't support
Jonathan for that. 4. Jonathan dualized and
renovated over 70% of Federal
Roads in Nigeria. Benin-Ore, East-
West road, Lagos-Ibadan road,
Abuja-Kaduna, 2nd Niger Bridge,
Benin - Lokoja, etc. Goodluck dualized and renovated about
25,000km of Federal roads. He
completed even the Benin-Ore
roads which Obasanjo's ministers
of works failed to do and one of
them wept publicly on that road. Jonathan is a failure because he
has succeeded at fixing the
federal roads. I don't support
Jonathan for that.
5. Jonathan revived the dead
Railway service. Buhari cancelled the Railway project in his time,
Obasabjo budgeted monies upon
monies on railways but we did
not see a single coach. Jonathan
came in and did a magic and we
now have railway service across Nigeria. I do not support
Jonathan for that. Jonathan has
not done anything for Nigeria.
6. Jonathan inherited rigged and
very corrupt electoral system
but he changed everything and instituted free, fair and credible
election in Nigeria. Even though
Jonathan was a candidate in the
last general election, he allowed
free and fair elections and since
then votes have started to count across Nigeria. Obasanjo
conducted do or die elections but
Jonathan is weak jor, he
conducts free and fair elections. I
don't like him for that.
7. Jonathan established 12 brand new universities across Nigeria.
He did not name even one after
his name. I don't support
Jonathan for that. How would he
open more chances for students
and lecturers in Nigeria. Jonathan does not take good example
from Buhari who did not build a
single school in his two years of
absolute authority, not even a
primary school.
8. Jonathan inherited hopeless Almajinri begging system that
gave birth to Boko Haram
soldiers but the Otuoke man is
changing that by establishing
Almajinrin Schools that now teach
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in addition to
Qur'anic Recitations. These
almajinrins now have a secure
future. But some elders in the
north vowed to make Nigeria
ungovernable because Jonathan is empowering the talakawas by
education hence they possessed
the body of the hitherto sleeping
Book Haram and made it a
terrorist organization to carry
out their threat to make Nigeria ungovernable. Little wonder they
said "Western education is sin".
Jonathan is empowering the
talakawas, the masses, in the
north through education. I don't
support him for that. He has not done anything for Nigeria.
9. Jonathan has been injecting
funds into the power sector to
enable Nigeria to generate
enough to power our homes,
factories and offices. He already unbundled PHCN and they are
working on the light problem. I
know that fixing light problem,
like fixing a faulty generator,
takes time and money, but I
don't care as long as we didn't sleep with light last night. I want
overnight magic even though
light was so bad under Buhari
regime that IBB vowed to fix the
problem in 1985. Jonathan has
raised our power generation capacity from 2500mW to
6,000MW, like from I Pass My
Neighbor to Plant. But I don't
supp
10 Jonathan revived Agriculture
and diversified our economy. We now produce our food and even
started to export again. I don't
support Jonathan for that.
11. Jonathan ensured fuel was
available always. We used to
sleep at petrol stations until Jonathan came. He also just
reduced the price of petrol. He
fought the subsidy scam. What
sort of man is this? I don't
support Jonathan for this.
12. Jonathan transformed our airports across Nigeria. He
upgraded Enugu airport to
international airport that we can
now fly from London to Enugu
DIRECT.
13. Jonathan has employed more people in 5 years than any other
government in the history of
Nigeria. Agric & Energy
sectors,16 new car companies,
12 new universities, 3,826
primary health centers, teaching hospitals, SURE-P, YOUWIN, etc. I
don't support Jonathan jor.
14. Jonathan transformed Nigeria
from a consumer country which
could not produce even
toothpick to a fast growing production country that now
produce her own food, fertilizers,
cars, trucks, choppers, war
ships, response drugs for
emergency like Ebola, etc. Before,
they used to laugh at Nigeria that we could not produce
common toothpick. It is no longer
so because we now produce
many things including cars and
fertilizers. I do not support
Jonathan for that. How dare Jonathan remove the hitherto
national shame of Nigeria for this
national glory? I don't support
him jor.
15. Jonathan transformed
virtually every sector of the Nigeria economy that we are
today Africa's biggest economy,
beating South Africa and Egypt.
Nigeria is growing again because
of Jonathan's carefully
orchestrated economic masterstrokes without
noisemaking like the opposition
does. I don't like him for that.
How would the works be rating
Nigeria as the biggest economy
when there is still hunger and poverty in the land. Even though
I know that there is also poverty
in developed countries like
America, Germany, China, France,
Australia, etc but I blame
Jonathan for the poverty in Nigeria which was introduced by
Buhari and his criminal coupist
gangs of IBB and Abacha through
their criminal act of truncating
our democracy in January 1984.
If not for that criminal act of Buhari and his fellow coup
plotters like IBB and Abacha
Nigeria would have developed
better than it is. Buhari brought
in IBB and Abacha and it took
Nigeria 15 solid years to recover from that bondage that Buhari
created and we are not going
back to bondage. God forbid!
............... ............... ............... ........... I believe with these few points of
mine, I have been able to
convince you in why I do not
support Jonathan. The truth of
the matter is that it is only an
idiot that would prefer a Buhari to Jonathan. I support Jonathan
for the Presidency of Nigeria
from 2015 - 2019 because he
has demonstrated competence,
character and conscience in
leading Nigeria out of the mess that Buhari and his military
gangs put us. This writer agrees
with you and most Nigerians that
we are not yet where we ought
to be as a great nation but the
truth is that Jonathan has taken us our of the woods and we are
on our way to the place of Glory.
Do not truncate this movement.
Vote for Jonathan so that the
transformation would continue. #GODBLESSJONATHA N!

Sin is sin. There i no white or black sin. He who knows what is right and did not do it is a sinner. Forget the temptation, no temptation is above our capacity and behind every temptation there is a reward. So put your whole trust in the lord. If you truely want to follow God you have to deny urself of all there things i.e take God's opinion first. Check the bible and judge your motives. No corner cutting no matter how you paint it, it is a sin. Thanks

He is a terrible sinner. God has left him longtime ago. The bible says it is a sin to put away(divorce) your wife. Since when he has put away his first wife dat was when he has fallen because the lord does not associate with sinners. If his marriage is that hidden from his members then what are they learning from him about marriage practicaly or he's just telling them theory. May the Lord deliver him and his members who are following him blindly

Nairaland / General / Power Outage In Parts Of Kogi by geosvic: 12:03pm On Jun 27, 2012
The PHCN said on
Tuesday it would
disconnect power
from many other
major towns in
Kogi to enable it
hasten work on
the new 330KVA
power project in
Ajaokuta.
The Business
Manager for
Lokoja District of
PHCN, Mr Ameen
Shakur, told
newsmen in
Lokoja that the
disconnection,
which begins on
June 27, would last
for 12 days.
Shakursaid that
the disconnection
was specifically to
enable contractors
handling the
project to string
the lines from
Ajaokuta to Abuja.
He said that during
the period of
power outage,
Ajaokuta, Idah,
Ayangba, Ankpa,
Dekina, Kabba,
Isanlu, Egbe and
some other towns
would be
disconnected.
He, however, said
that Lokoja and
Okene would be on
partial supply from
the sub-station in
Okene.
He explained that
Lokoja and Okene
would be on
massive load
shedding and
appealed to
consumers to bear
with PHCN.
The manager said
that the need to
ensure the safety
of live and
property informed
the decision to
disconnect the
towns from the
national grid.
Shakur promised
that supply would
be restored as
soon as the
contractors
complete the job.
According to him,
when the new
330KVA power
project is
completed, power
supply to Kogi and
the Federal Capital
Territory, Abuja
would improve
tremendously.
He added that a
special cable was
recently laid to
boost power
supply to Kogi East
Senatorial District.

That a man did good does not mean his soul will rest in peace it is the obedience to the word of God, his body may rest in peace but if he live against the word of God then surely he is not at peace o. And no amount of prayer dat is prayed that can work on the dead

Family / Re: Am A Single Mum About To Get Married To A Divorcee by geosvic: 6:00am On Jun 19, 2012
Were you married to ur daughters father? If yes, you dont have to bother marrying again cause that will be a sin to God(ADULTERY). But if no, yet you cant marry this man because He is a divorced man and the bible says anyone that marries a divorcee is committing adultery. I will advice you to repent from ur sin and turn to the lord for mercy cause he alone knows the best for us. He manufactured us so he knows what is best for us. In prayers make ur supplication made known to him, he will direct ur path. Read matt 5:31
