Be careful when buying auction properties...... For starters, you wouldn't get a conventional mortgage and ensure you read and fully understand the buyer's pack........

Thanks Daddy.

I first applied for my provisional license, then I wrote the theory test and thereafter I took the practical. For me, the whole process took about 3 months.

You seem not to get the question but Thank You

Yes, you don't have to use it. But bear in mind that you will not be able to use it for the purpose of buying a house again because you will no longer be a first time buyer.

Speak with a mortgage broker.

Thanks Boss... I never too get money inside an like that.

Please if you know or have any mortgage broker. Kindly share

@gergemam and anyone who is eligible or applying for the global talent visa (digital economy). Shall we indicate and purse this course together?

I am a devops engineer in the UK, currently on psw visa but will like to switch to the GTV.

Let's win together.

No wahala Boss...

I will be drafting my progress and share along. There's going to be a space on X this week on GTV from the NIUK.

Your experience seems well aligned for EP. Check out the technation discourse forum. There's a lot of resources there on writing your personal statement. Also, try to get someone to review your application before you submit.

https://discourse.tnvisaforum.org/search?q=Personal%20statement

Thank you for this. Will go through it.

Ok. Sorry if I missed it, but you can leave your question here.
I am a GTV (Exceptional Talent) holder. I think some of the requirements are the same, but I may be unable to answer any engineering-related questions. I'm happy to give it a shot

Please can I PM you...?

There’s a lot of ℹ️ information to the point it’s sometimes confusing.
Shoot your questions please.
What specialist subject area are you β€˜eyeing’?
Do you want Exceptional Promise or Exceptional talent?
I previously heard that Technation endorsements has been paused.

Ask your GTV questions and let’s see where I can help.

Happy New year people

I don't think TechNation was paused but another Agency has been reassigned. Also, I am an exceptional promise and also a Software Engineer.

My question ❓:

I am trying to put my documentation together, I just need directions so that I can submit something convincing.

For Example:
πŸš€ Personal Statement and Guidelines
πŸš€ Professional Reference statement and Guidelines

Though, I have some pioneer products that I have worked on Both Fin-tech and Health Tech and currently have a one Year experience working for a UK company here.

Total Experience in Tech = 5+ Years

Iolo:

You can go ahead and ask your question. I might be able to help.
