Reading your post, I see you are involved in the financial market. Let me tell you what happens when you enter a position in the market.

The moment you enter a position until when you exit the position, starts the build-up of testestorone. Now imagine such build-up for 5 days of the week that the market is ope and it's even worse when you trade small account in the financial market.

With such build up, you will often look for where to offload them, which for you is masturbation.

Note, almost every male who trades the financial market suffers this but here is how you can deal with it.

Since you are aware of this issue..

1. Try to develop a strong mind/will. When you enter a position, just lock-up your mind. Dont get emtionally attached to your position. Your mind/psychology/mental state is your greatest asset as a person involved in the market, not even the billions in your trading account. So if you loose your mind, you will loose on many front.

2. Trading is a VERY lonely game which inadvertently may turn you to a loner. Your best best, socialise more. Meet more people who are in the bracket of where you wanna be in life. The reason for this is, such socialization will challenge your mind to better development and avoid having your phone and your palm for the masturbation as your best friend.

3. I see you trade a small account. If you can, try uping your account by buying those challenge/evaluation account from any of these prop firms. That way, if you are able to pass their evaluation and get your first payout, you will not be too stressed about finance and you will reduce the massive stress associated with trading a small account.

4. Try get a girlfriend or girlfriends to bring some once in a while distraction to you. Most people involved in the financial market gets so laser focused with the market that they may be going on the wrong direction without realising it. But with some distraction and strong will to get back, you are able to always assess yourself.

Their is a reason those involved in financial markets are refered to as "degenerates". Its because of excesses like masturbation, dr*g, womanising, partying, pornography, aggressive risk taking and many more but will strong mind/will, you will remain top.
