so after background check, what next? cos my lil sister's app has been showing medical passed, eligibility reviewing and background check

Boss. I had the same profile as at last week but after sending them a mail, they updated background check from not applicable to we are processing your background check.

From my observation, I think you've passed the eligibility stage and you need to disturb them to kick start security check which is the last phase of your application.

I just pray they call her for medical even her junior brother that did upfront has passed his medical since two weeks ago and they are currently reviewing his eligibility .... we are hoping for the best by the grace of God. Thanks.

everyone's application is different..but mine was showing not applicable for like 2 months till It showed in progress..then 3 weeks later I got a medical mail

I applied 26th may still on background check did upfront medical so it shows passed...it's well with all TRV hopeful we shall overcome..

I applied for spousal visa(non-priority). I did my biometrics on the 24th of February. And my documents got to Sheffield on the 16th of March. This is the 12th week if I'm Counting from the date of biometrics. And I still haven't heard back from them. should i be panicking?

was not a renewal, just six months visa application

Simply means that your passport was not sent to Sheffield along with other documents. Is your application a renewal?

decision on my application has been delayed due to enquries been made. I lodged this application since March 08 up to date no reply from TLS. Am I the only one experiencing this delay?

@ Ekpotek and Justice Please. My application was submitted on 8th of March, 2017 and up till now I have not receive any update. I sent SHEFFO a message to kindly help me track this application and they replied on 14th April that their is delay on the decision as its currently undergoing enquiries. Since then I have not receive any update and its going to two months. Please what could be causing the delay?
