And the application form, and payment receipt too.

You need a guarantor for the passport application. A guarantor is someone who already owns a passport. For the visa, you need a letter from the company that wants to send your brother abroad. In fact, let me edit my main comment.

If INEC can declare a result different from what's on their own website for Rivers State presidential election, it tells you how sick this shithole is.

At least when you say you won election, you should have your own results, present your calculations before the court to prove your case. You cannot depend on INEC because INEC isn't independent. Once you have CTC of all result sheets and your figures, it will be hard for any tribunal not to upturn the election if it didn't go in your favour. This is what Peter Obi couldn't do because he didn't have people protecting his votes across the country.
