The above is not generally true, the last time I checked with a property agent, almost 3 years ago, the least a plot of land could be sold for was 1 milla (Lautech to be precise). If 3 years ago, the least a plot of land could be sold for is as high as 1 milla around underG area of Lautech. How much do you think such land would cost as at now?

Every other information up there, are so on point, and no doubt there is money in real estate as far as Nigeria is concerned, but it could be capital intensive to bring to fruition too. And of course, contracting skilled and honest builders to work on the project is so paramount, likewise having a good supervision during the project as well as good management of the said property after its completion.

A corruption-free land.
Ethno-religious-free, a bigotry-free land.
Where rule of laws is respected and practiced by all, without an exception or an entity exercising an "above the law" attitudes where impunity is not being bastardized, inappropriately or disproportionately used by some set of people (abuse of power).
I wish Nigeria would get rid of the old cargoes who are in the helm of affairs at local gov't levels, state and federal levels.
I wish Nigeria would become a country where everything start working as they supposed to, where infrastructures are being developed for use and enjoyment of the masses.
A country that treats all as EQUAL, where tolerance and acceptance of one another rules, irrespective of social status, potential for achievements, ethnicity, political affiliation, regional and creed.

And finally, NIGERIA please grow up and stop crawling like a toddler. In no time, many of your brother nations would soon surpass you, as far as human, resources and infrastructural development is concerned. Please, AWAKE FROM YOUR SLUMBER.

Nigerians so-called celebrities never fail to disappoint.
I guess bunch of their ladies are just too promiscuous, so loose which explains reasons why there have been several divorces news, rumours and realities over the past years. One may wonder, why they couldn't keep their panties tight round their wastes the moment they have sealed up a marriage deal with a "Yes, I do - God help me". Could it be that many of them had married for wrong reasons, physical looks and being money-centric ? Or should married today and divorce months or few years later, be the acceptable norm as far as their marriages are concerned? Or should divorcing every now and then be an acceptable norm in our society?

I'm yet to see their male counterparts' marriages collapse like a bunch of broccoli, which means the so-called Nigerian female celebs are those with slacky and loosen panties, finding it so hard to remain faithful to the codes and conducts of marriage, respecting its sanctity as ordained by God and stipulated in the marital vows.

I weep for the future of Nigeria. Just when I am trying to believe in her future, so many ugly things are beginning to show up.
