Bro u jst have to take it upon ur self to stop that sh!!t or it ruins u. Just make up ur mind and go by it, I was in ur shoes years ago but I was able to overcome it. My realest advise for u is : 1 avoid porn at all cost or anything that can arouse ur sexual ur urge like dirty talks, pictures, etc. Bro If going data less for months will solve ur problem then do it. 2 always get busy, just find something doing as that may help. 3 avoid been lonely, always mingle it might not be a comfortable at first but give it a trial. 4 always pray abt it as that too may help.
