Nigerian singer, Tekno has once again deleted all his Instagram posts leaving behind a cryptic message on his IG stories that simply reads, 'tables will turn'.

Its not clear why he made the move again or what his state of mind is, but this is not the first time he's doing it.

Back in January 2016, he deleted all his pictures on his Instagram page following comments from his Tanzanian fans that he will die soon.

A pastor, Chukwuemeka Eze, has been arrested by the operatives of the Enugu State Police Command for allegedly killing his girlfriend, one Miss Ogechukwu Ogbodo over her alleged refusal to buy him a tricycle popularly known as Keke.

The PUNCH reliably gathered that the suspect had been dating the deceased who hailed from Amagunze in Nkanu-East Local Area of the State for five years.

Eze resides at the Railway Quarters.

Late Ogbodo, a recharge cards sales agents with some telecom providers in Enugu State, was said to have returned home on July 15, 2019 with over N2 million, which she had intended to pay to the bank the following day.

However, the suspect was said to have visited the deceased after he discovered she had returned home with the huge amount of money and killed her.

The Police Public Relations Officer, Ebere Amaraizu who confirmed the development, said the suspect was arrested by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad.

Amaraizu, a Superintendent of Police disclosed that the suspect had after killing Ogbodo ransacked her house where he stole the money, she had come home with along with title documents to her landed property.

The PPRO said that the suspect used the proceeds of his alleged crime to procure musical instruments for his church and renovation of the said church.

He said that the suspect had confessed to the crime.

The suspect, according to the police spokesman, killed the deceased because she refused to purchase a tricycle for him. Ogbodo had reportedly bought tricycles for other people on a hire purchase arrangement.

Meanwhile, the PPRO said that the suspect was already helping the police in its investigation and would be charged to court soon.

Fast rising actress, Sylvia Ukaatu, is full of regrets because many years ago, she took a blood oath with her lover. The move backfired and now she’s in a quagmire.

“It all started when I was 18-year-old,” the role interpreter narrated amidst sobs. “I fell in love, deeply in love. I was so carried away at that tender age. I was lured into taking a blood oath with my then lover. I never knew the repercussions behind such move. I was young, naive and in love.

“We played along. I was happy. I was eager to settle down. Then love became sour. I tried to walk away. I begged to be freed but the guy refused, so I kept to myself and started living life to the fullest. Even when he travelled out of the country, I had so many failed relationships without knowing what was behind it.

Suitors were coming, but on the day of introduction, they would cancel without explanation. I waited for many years for him to come back. But he never did. I desperately wanted to start a family, but that wasn’t forthcoming. I tried so many relationships but they all failed.”

Ukaatu continued with tears cascading down her cheeks:

“The guy finally came back last year and we spoke at length. I told him we should break the oath if he’s no longer interested in marrying me, but he ignored me. Then, a few months ago, my brother called me and said I should go and search for my fiancé on Facebook, that the guy just got married. I quickly rushed to Facebook and checked. I was shocked to discover that truly he just got married, but I laughed it over. Now, I can still feel the pains deep inside my heart. I want to warn the young ones out there. Love is not enough for blood oath.

The guy deceived and used me. I ignorantly allowed myself to be caged for years. Let the youths learn from my experience.”

*If the guy can get Married then the love Oath was a one way thing...what i know and have seen about love oath is that both parties are BOUND TO EACH OTHER for life once they take it...It is evil and demonic and i have a friend whose life and that of her lover went down the drain because they took this oath..there was nothing anyone could do..All the preachers who tried to break it died mysteriously.it was horrible and i don't wanna talk further cos if any of my hood friends see this,they will know who i am talking about..

A serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kogi, Miss Aderonke Adeoye, on Wednesday donated 688 sandals to less privileged primary school pupils in Lokoja to encourage them to go to school.

Donating some of the sandals to the pupils of Lokongoma Primary School, Lokoja, Adeoye said the gesture was to make the children happy and encourage them to always go to school, as well as to enable them to realise the importance of education in life.

Adeoye, who is an indigene of Ekiti State, said a total of six different primary schools in Lokoja would get the shoes.

“Some of the children wear slippers to school while some wear spoilt sandals which make them look very rough and dirty.

“I want to make the children happy and encourage them to always go to school and to let them realise the importance of education in life,” she said.

She enjoined fellow corps members to make an impact on the lives of the less privileged children, saying, “it is part of what we were taught in our orientation camp – to serve our fatherland wholeheartedly”.

She thanked the Kogi State Board of Internal Revenue for its support as well as other philanthropists in the state for their financial and moral support.

Speaking at the occasion, the state Commissioner for Education and Science, Rosemary Osikoya, advised the pupils to make good use of the sandals by wearing them to school.

Osikoya, who was represented by Mr Femi Sunday, the Director, Education Support Service (ESS), advised parents not to sell the sandals but use them for the benefit of their children.

He further urged the parents to pray for the corps member for putting a smile on the faces of the children.

“Giving to the less privileged is what I love doing and God is the only one that can reward givers,” she said.

The benefiting schools are Kabawa Nursery and Primary school 1and 2, Serikinoma Nursery and Primary school; Maadi Nursery and Primary school; Liwaul-HAMDI Nursery and Primary School; St. Mary’s L.G.E.A Nursery/Primary School 1, and Lokongoma L.G.E.A Nursery/Primary School, Lokoja.
