A boy has been arrested for biting off the lower lip and the tongue of a man at #Apongbon, Lagos Island.

The incident happened yesterday during a fight over where to erect a canopy. The victim, identified as Omo Adugbo, was said to have initiated the attack with a weapon.

However, in retaliation, the suspect moved close to him and bit off his lip and tongue.
