Dino Malaye postrate for Pastor Oyedepo, picture with VP and Gej in the same church. Famous Kogi Senator Dino Malaye was spotted in the same church with the vice president Osinbajo and Goodluck Jonathan to worship God together at a church program. Former President Goodluck Jonathan has said Nigeria will be great again notwithstanding the present challenges facing the country. Jonathan, who stated this on Saturday at the dedication of a 100,000 capacity worship auditorium of the Dunamis International Christian Center Abuja, compared Nigeria to the Biblical Israel. He said the nation had potentials for greatness but was experiencing moments of hardship due to inefficient leadership. However, Jonathan stressed that such periods of hardships do not last along time because of the perseverance of citizens in praying God for a helper to liberate the people from their oppressors. He, therefore, urged Nigerians to continue to pray for the nation, saying that the country would rise from the dust to once again take its place of pride in history. His words: “The story of Nigeria is identical to that of Israel. In some occasion, due to certain circumstances, the nation could go very low. Sometimes the people are taken captives and treated as slaves. “But, because some of the people are constantly praying (for the nation), from time to time, God will send somebody that will bring them out of captivity. “We all know that the circumstances in Nigeria today are not the best but because of your prayers, Nigeria will be great again.” On his part, the Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo who said the iconic building called for celebration, declared that the nation would not fail to prosper in the coming years. “I join my older brother (Jonathan) in rank because he was president to declare on this pulpit that this nation will grow from glory to glory; that all of us will experience the goodness of the Lord in this land and this country will not fail hut prosper,” the VP said In his sermon, Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church Worldwide urged the people to see the auditorium christened ‘the Glory Dome’ as a fulfilment of the prophecy of God rather than an achievement. “We have not come to celebrate a bison but a divine visitation. This is not an achievement by a fulfilment of prophecy because God commanded it, he also has executed his project,” Oyedepo noted. Meanwhile, Dr Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Christian Center, said the multi-billion Naira church auditorium was built by his ministry debt-free. His words: “We didn’t borrow any money from individuals or take bank loan for this project. We are owing nobody who is either dead or alive to the glory of God.” See more photo - https://hyperstv.com/dino-melaye-bribes-men-of-god-with-greetings-at-the-launch-of-dunamis-glory-dome/

When will nigerian really wake up from their slumbering? they dont know that they are ready to served another fermine years because Atiku too has his corruption issues. So pretentding that he is purer than APC is really a joke. Truth be told, we have a bad choice in 2019. PDP the party of the corrupt vs APC the party of the corrupt. However for Atiku to becoming a president in 2019 and really did 68% of his promises, that could be an uplift and rising of PDP to next 2023 power in nation but Ideally, the good thing is to vote out APC, vote in PDP and if the PDP shows that a leopard does not change its spots, vote in APC in 2023...and keep on doing so until the elite come to their senses....and start doing what we voted them for. So, vote for PDP....but don't pretend that Atiku is corruption free. Because he ain't. Neither is the APC . And it is sad, really. |

4thAugust, 2018 The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the deadline for the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise to 31stAugust. It also approved the registration of 23 new political parties. According to a statement issued on 14thAugust by National Commissioner and member of the Commission’s Information and Voter Education Committee (IVEC), Mallam Mohammed Haruna, the decision was taken at the Commission’s regular meeting held earlier today. Haruna recalled that the CVR commenced on 27thApril 2017, when the Commission decided to make the exercise truly continuous for the first time as envisaged under the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended), by opening permanent registration centres in all the country’s 774 local government areas and 672 other centres to make it an all-year round affair. Haruna averred: “Nigerians who turn 18 years and who had not registered previously have an opportunity to register. Consequently, the current CVR has been going on for 16 months. As at 11th August 2018, the Commission has registered an additional 12, 139, 061 new voters. He added: “In order to have enough time to clean up the provisional register and print the Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) in good time for the general elections, the Commission, after consultation with stakeholders, decided to suspend the exercise with effect from 17th August 2018, to resume after the elections. “However, many Nigerians have appealed to the Commission to extend the exercise. Consequently, the Commission has decided to extend the CVR to 31st August 2018. The exercise will continue in all the designated registration centres every day, including weekends, but excluding public holidays, between 9am and 5pm. The Commission wishes to inform the public that the ongoing collection of PVCs will not end with the CVR exercise. Collection of PVCs will continue until close to the general elections.” On the registration of new political parities, Haruna revealed that the Commission had received a total of 144 applications from political associations seeking registration as political parties. He explained that after a rigorous process of evaluation, in accordance with provisions of the Constitution and the Electoral Act, which included assessment of the constitutions and manifestos of the intending parties and verification of membership of their executive committees and offices, 23 associations met all the requirements and were subsequently granted approval. He said: “This brings the number of political parties to 91 and will be the last round of registration of parties until after the general elections on 16th February 2019. This suspension is in line with Section 78 (1) of the Electoral Act, which requires all applications for registration as political party to be concluded latest six months to a general election.” The newly registered political parties will receive their certificates of registration at the Commission’s headquarters on Thursday, 16thAugust. Haruna also announced that the Commission would on Friday 17thAugust issue the Notice in respect of the 2019 General Elections. His words: “On the 9th of January 2018, the Commission issued the Timetable and Schedule of Activities for the 2019 General Elections. The first of 14 activities in that timetable is the issuance of Notice of Election, which is scheduled for Friday, 17th August 2018 in accordance with Section 30 (1) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended). This activity kick-starts the countdown to the 2019 general elections.” LIST OF 23 POLITICAL PARTIES REGISTERED ON 14THAUGUST, 2018 S/N NAME OF ASSOCIATIONACRONYMREMARKS 1.
