I'll be glad to inform you that those championing restructuring propaganda are enemies of the state. Like you, most of them are ignorant of what restructuring actually stands for.

Ebonyi state governor, a wise man, recently opposed restructuring because, according to him, his people would languish should the 2014 confab report be implemented.
