Dr Godwin Maduka is the founder of Las Vegas Pain Institute and Medical Centre.

He completed his graduate medical training at the Harvard University School of Medicine in Anesthesia and critical care and pain Management in 1997.

Prior to his Harvard residency, Dr Maduka completed his internal Medicine internship at the University Of Tennessee School Of Medicine.

Furthermore, Dr Maduka completed a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1988 after completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry with first class, from Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi in 1984.

Dr Maduka is a “heart beat of America” Award winner and is widely recognized as a premier Physician in the Pain Management field.

Dr Maduka also serves as the clinical Faculty Supervisor of Pain Management in Anesthesiology for Touro University Nevada’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Club Presidents, International Coaches, Foriegn Scouts In Nigeria For 150 Soccer Stars Project Selected Players

Following the succession of the 60goals Soccer Star screening exercise in Nigeria, several media houses attended the World Press briefing to note the processes taken in the selection of the 150 football talents as they are camped for 10days in Nigeria and 60goals future goals for the talents.

60Goals Soccer Star Project is an ongoing soccer empowerment and exposition exercise, developed to promote Nigeria indigenous soccer talents across International countries and international leagues. They gathered to officially intimate the press on the successful conclusion of the Screening Exercise which took place across several states in Nigeria and recorded the shortlisting of carefully selected football talents for the Abuja 10days Camping Exercise, commenced on the 18th of November 2019.

During the screening exercise conducted across states in the country, about 150 Football talents were selected during the screening exercise held in Lagos, Delta State, Anambra state, Akwa Ibom state and Abuja. The exercise was well monitored by national and international football experts and Coaches from across the world. Earlier, 13 states were visited for Pre- Screening across Nigeria

In the press briefing the FCT FA Chairman, Adam Muhammed expressed his gratitude to the project coordinator and applauded their efforts towards the project from inception to this stage, he also thanked Prince Ned Nwoko's Foundation who have been of immersed help to the Soccer Stars project. The Chairman promised to always support the project because of their discipline, hard work and commitment towards their pre - screening, screening and final camping.

In attendance was John Fashamu who has been a professional footballer and sports man for over 35years. He also represented Hon. Ned Nwoko and made it apparent to the Soccer talents to put on a thick skin especially for the talents who will attain international endorsement. He added that the game of football is a non-regrettable experience.


However, the 10days Camping Exercise for the shortlisted football talents will witness critical trainings and soccer expositions, as foreign Scouts and Football Agents across Different international Academies and Clubs in Europe are already in the Nigeria to scout for talents through contract signing deals for those who may perform exceptionally during the 10days camping in Abuja. The foreign coaches and foreign scouts expressed their delight and contribution towards the project and promised to select at least 3 to 10 good players each for international endorsements. Some of them are in Nigeria for the first time and sincerely appreciated the hospitality received from their host.

The 60Goals Soccer Star Project is powered by Ned Nwoko Foundation in collaboration with other national and international development partners, which includes the Federal Ministry of Sports, Fulham FC, International Coaches and football Academies.

The Project Director, Ms. Jane Ndubuisi is a Soccer Expert and a certified FIFA Intermidiary Agent, with remarkable land mark achievements in the development of grassroot soccer talents in Nigeria. They promised the press of giving the selected players who are of the ages 14 - 20years the best football deals and international endorsements. Miss Polo International Kicks-Off "Beauty With A Mission Education Charity Tour" in Nigeria, Donates School materials To NOA

The Organisers and Winners of the prestigious International Pageant Contest, Miss Polo International have visited National Orientation Agency to donate books, writing materials and bags on their arrival to Abuja, Nigeria.

The visit to the Agency marked the flag-off of the "Beauty With A Mission Education Charity Tour" in Abuja with a press briefing which commenced on 17th November. As a way to find solution to all academic issues and promote great and excellent academic students, the Miss Polo International Queens through the Polo International Relief Foundation donated 5000 books with the support of Federal Inland Revenue Service and Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation

One of the directors of National Orientation agency who received the 2000 books on behalf of the agency promised that the academic materials will be distributed to FCT schools especially across L.E.A schools in the 6 Abuja area councils where the children need the writing materials including school bags from Mexico as gifts from one of the Queens from her country.

According to the Mouth piece of the federal government, the Representative acknowledged that "Beauty with mission" is a great motto and should not be taken for granted and that she is looking forward to seeing scholarship and more donations from Polo international and other brands for school children to improve education in Nigeria. She further stressed that National orientation agency is to take feedback about projects like this back to the government especially that which supports the activities of the government as it calls for collaboration from the N.O.A

The reigning Miss Polo International Queens, Dewanti Kumala appreciated and sent her gratitude to her organization, partners and the media. According to her, Miss Polo International pageant made her realize she could spread knowledge and educational projects to both the elite and less privileged.

The pretty Indonesian born beauty queen invited her fellow queens and school children on stage as she stressed that education is a license for the future and it will be attained by people who believe and prepare for it.

IGP, FCT Minister, Others Witness Launching Of Clean The Carbon Campaign At NAHACA 2019

In-view of the ongoing dilapidation in enviromental health and citizens consciousness across Nigeria, Help Keep Clean Foundation in collaboration with The Federal Ministry of Environment and Federal Ministry to Health has hosted the 2019 National Health Advancement Conference and Award-NAHACA, which witnessed the launching of "Clean the Carbon Campaign". The Conference, Award and Launching event was held at Sheraton Hotel, FCT, Abuja.

NAHACA 2019 witnessed the distinguished presence of key-players and stakeholders in the nation's enviromental/health sector, as well as panel discussions by experts and consultants in the sector, who focused their deliberations on the theme, "Environmental Health: Maintaining A Balanced and Sustainable Environment In The 21st Century World".

Some the prominent personalities at the event of NAHACA 2019 included, Chief Timipre Silva, the Hon. Hon. Dozie Nwankwo Issued Certificate Of Return, Receives Accolades From Supporters

Juliet Ibrahim, Nonso Diobu, Empress Njamah React As Big Dreams Reality Talent Show Debut


The much-anticipated talent show in Nigeria, “Big Dreams Nigeria”, geared towards discovering and developing young talents who don’t have the means of pursuing their dreams in music, acting, and stand-up comedy across Nigeria and packaged by Peace Ambassador Agency and top showbiz promoters, organizations, and key industry players is set to hit center stage in 2020.

This was made known to Journalist at a World Press Conference held at Grand Cubana Hotel, Abuja on Wednesday November 6, 2019, which also had in attendance top Nollywood actor, Uzee Usman, Iconic Nigeria musician of Styl-Plus, Mr. Tunde Tdot, Top comedian and Compere, Shortcut, Amb. Daniel and TV Personality, Amb. Rachel Bacham also is known as Rachel That Piper in attendance.

Enumerating the plan of the project which has the backing of people who believe in giving back to the society, Project Director, and the brain behind Big Dream Nigeria Talent Show, Mr. Kingsley Amafibe explained that he was motivated to go into this project because of the rate of unemployment in the country. He also stated that though there are measures taken NY the government to curb the unemployment the issue in the country, his project would also assist in giving employed to talented youths who don’t have the resources to pursue their dreams.

He added that other talent show/hunt organizers have a fixed price for any contestant who feel have what it takes to be part of the show, but for Big Dream Nigeria, registration for participation is free, as the initiative is to offer talented and passionate youths a platform to express themselves and be discovered in the creative industry, and thereby reduce unemployment rate.

“There would be an online registration where they would be expected to upload a 1minute video skit of themselves on what they think they are good at. A total number of 45 youths, 15 each for acting, music and comedy categories, will be selected respectively for the grand finale in Lagos.”

“The 45 selected young talents will be camped for mentoring and training for five weeks in the camp where the professional filmmakers, artists and other stakeholders will train and share experiences with the young and at the end, movies and music produced by them will be screened on all international and local TV stations.” He added.


The auditioning which would hold in 11 states, including the FCT, Jos, Lagos, Kaduna, Calabar, Benin, Enugu, Asaba, Owerri, Benin City, Port-Harcourt amongst other cities across Nigeria would also see the 45 contestants reduced on a weekly eviction process, until it gets down to the last three people who will then be announced as winners on May 10, 2020.

“The three contestants who make it to the finale will be awarded N2M each to enable them build a career in their area of choice in the entertainment industry.

“This is in line with the essence of the project, to create a job for young people in the entertainment industry, thereby reducing the number of unemployed Nigerians, and ultimately make them employers of labor.”

In a related development, Nollywood filmmaker, actor, producer and director who is a member of the team, explained that his dream is to see talented youths discovered from the program and subsequently given acting roles in some of his upcoming Nollywood flicks and that of his colleagues.

“After the training, we can now help you to get jobs, make sure you are part of the film industry in Nigeria. We are going to register you under Actors Guild of Nigeria and we keep recommending you nationwide. We want investors to coming in because this is the kind of thing they need to invest on because if you invest in a person, you can never regret it at all. This is the major reason I’m part of the Big Dream Talent Hunt,” she responded.

Also adding his voice to the project, Iconic Nigeria musician with Styl-Plus, Mr. Tunde Tdot said when he was approached about the project, he knew this would be a proper channel for the youths to discover their talents.

“The most important aspect for an artist is discovery. Irrespective of the talent you have, if you aren’t discovered, it wouldn’t be very smooth. In my experience as an artist, I know I have claimed through the ranks and I know the kind of hustling I had to do before getting to where I am today. This kind of platform is going to be giving lots of people that shortcut to have a platform to sell themselves. On this project, I’m going to be taking them on the technicalities of music itself since there’s going to be a camp for them. So that by the time we are done with them, they will have a lot to offer the society” he assured.

For Top comedian and Compere, Shortcut, who is also the grand strategist for Leave Comedy For Shortcut will be in charge of the Comedy aspect of the project. He noted that he’s a product of talent hunt having gone through several competitions in life to be where he is today. He added that why he decided to be part of the project is because nothing the project Director, Ambassador Kingsley Amafibe has initiated that hasn’t succeeded.

“What talent shows do to an entertainer is it builds the entertainer’s confidence. Even those that don’t make it to the finals, get these exposures that would help them get to the next level in. Life. I’m a comedian today because I took out time to be part of talent shows.
