He stated further that the card would also serve as a means to boost the Internally Generated Revenue for the state, as it would be used to detect tax evaders in the state. He declared anybody detected by the computer, through the Residency Card, of not paying his or her income tax would not benefit anything from the government sigh.. its politics tho! |
