Someone please help, I filled medical reason as reason for my application but I'm confused about what to state where they asked who is inviting me.
Should that be the contact of anyone I know or the hospital I plan to use?

Dear all, please permit me to ask this question.
I have a 3rd class law degree and I have read it is almost impossible to get a masters admission into a school in Canada. I am thinking of doing a post graduate diploma instead in courses like political science or international relations.
Do you think this is a wise choice?
Any advice on schools with cheap tution I can look up?
Kindly assist.

Please can anyone advise me on what next to do. Since last year, this status is what I kept seeing anytime I check my Aunty's immigrant visa status. The Case update kept on changing. The last time I checked it before today, the Case Last Updated was April last year and I checked it today it is showing November last year. What do I do my wonderful friends?
what visa category is this?

Good morning all,

Has anyone been scheduled for immigrant visa interview in Lagos in recent times? Is the embassy even working?
it would be nice to know.
This thread has been awfully quiet and not so much information as there used to be.

Hello all,

Been researching on the above subject.
Does anyone have any information or links to any dermatology clinics that uses this method to treat keloids in Nigeria?

Please share if you do.

My husband filed my i-30 in my maiden name.
Now, I'm reading we should have done it in my married name since I plan to change my name.
Since we are not at the NVC stage yet, can I go ahead and get a new passport with my married name?
Will it affect the fact that the application was filed with my maiden name?
I have read it going to be harder and more expensive to change my name on arrival in the US so its better to have the green card issued in my married name.
Please advise.

Hello. Please I do need advice. I am married to a USC. From calculations my petition will be approved in Sept and interview before December. Right now there is a ban on the Immigrant Visa, from the look of things the Nigerian FG is distracted and has channeled resources to tackle this Coronavirus, thus making us uncertain as to when they will satisfy the US criteria in uplifting the Ban. Now, with an on- going petition yet to be approved and been a Medical personnel. I am thinking applying for “express entry Canada”- a route that leads one to becoming a Permanent Resident in Canada(takes about 18months) or better still applying for an Msc in a Canadian Uni. If I can get myself to Canada,It just takes my wife 2hours from her state to the US to meet me in Canada. As it is I am not getting any younger the Older I become ,the lesser my points for the express entry Canada. My questions are
1. Is it safe to venture in the Express entry route to Canada? Or just go through masters or just wait til this ban is lifted.
2. When it gets to the time of my US interview . Will the Vo’s find out I applied to Canada. If asked if I applied for any other countries Visa is it okay to come out plain or hide such info?I just need advice pls
if you have the resources for Express entry, I'd say go ahead with it. Just remember that you have to have enough funds for you and your wife and children if either of you have any.
Applying to Canada has no impact on your US application.and yes, you should be truthful about your intentions when you get to the interview stages

Is your petition for K3?
Or spousal visa?

The waiver is not necessarily age dependent. Those who are immediate relatives qualify automatically for the waiver application irrespective of their age.
Spouses and children under 21..yes?

We need more people who have interviewed to share so we can understand the scope of this thing better.

I have already shared my experience . The best you can get is to be considered for a waiver because even old mothers as old as 80 years are not given their visa. I suspect most people less than 40 will get a worse result and no consideration for a waiver.

I was just thinking to myself, what’s the reason for considering adding your spouse as non-accompanying when clearly you have nothing to loose.
For the EE process, I believe whatever citizenship you hold, you will need a PR card to be able to live in Canada including US citizens. As a US citizen, you are only allowed to stay in Canada for 90 days, except you hold other documentation which may be allowed.
Except your husband is not willing to live in Canada, then you may have to explain that in an LOE as I do not think a holder to select if your spouse will be non-accompanying will be provided.
In view of the above, I would suggest you do the payment and anticipate providing other requirements that may be asked of you.
I hope it helps
Thank you all for your help.
My husband is not willing to live in Canada hence the decision to take the route.
I have not invested too much in the process to not complete it at this point.

Dear all ,

Please help my case .

I am post AOR but just got married .
I would like to add my spouse as non-accompanying to my application . I understand that it requires my to increase my POF to funds for a family of 2 but i didn't envisage that I would also be required to pay RPRF and processing fees since my husband does not require the PR . He is an American citizen.
I have read most of the adding spouse threads but no case seems close to mine.
Does anyone have any advice or opinion on how to go from here?
Please assist .
No one has helped with my case.. cry cry cry cry

For those asking how to call CIC. See below:

Download Dingtone or textnow app
Use code 778 or 437
U need to dial +1(888)242-2100

1. Press 1
2. Press 1
3. Press 2
4. Enter your application number
5. Enter your DOB
6. They tell u that ur file is not in system, then they ask you to press 0 to speak to an agent.
7. You know the rest

Keep trying and it would go through. Get all information handy before calling.
I'm sorry could you please clarify this part - '' Use code 778 or 437''
Where does one impute it ? as a prefix to replace +1 or 888?

Hello all, does it matter if the transfers done to me from the same person are in two tranches and from different accounts?
Will one gift deed be enough to cover both transactions?

Dear all , thank you for all you do here.
I am post ita. I have these two questions.please help with them.

Can my brother who is a lawyer prepare my gift deed? The deed is coming from my father.would it have any implications considering we have the same surname?

Pre-ita,I stated funds I'm coming to Canada with as 13000cad. if I don't have up to that as pof but still meet pof requirements,I hope it won't be an issue. Should I also adjust the amount to what I currently have in my application before I submit?

zillonnair:
from the responses i see here, it is obvious, the bumps kept coming back.

Well i had similar experiences with plenty other products of bumps treatment. Infact, i treated my bumps twice with Steroids injection in South Africa and in less than 6months, they re-occured, this is not taking to fact, the many side effects that steroids have on your body.

I battled Keloid (bumps) for over 10 years, until i encountered this powerful drug. Let me quickly add that i visited the then popular AB Bumps twice and the pain for their treatment was unbearable. I shed tears countless time while going through their treatment.

Bumps are extremely stubborn and differs from people to people. Mine was one of the most stubborn keloids i have ever seen. It will be treated and it will come back until i discover the final solution.

Its been three years now, no single scratch, itch or growth at the back of my neck. Plus my hair has grown back, no sign that i ever had keloids, other lesion treatment leave behind permanent scar that becomes obvious and visible to the eyes but not this product.

It is not cheap, so dont expect a quick fix, if you are really tired of the keloids and want to get it out, then contact me, i will send you the drugs and cream.

Please this is strictly business, and i am giving you a money back guarantee.

You will see results in two weeks. depending on the size, it will most likely clear out by the fourth week.

It is very powerful and completely no side effects free.

It is not herbal product, this is a pure English drugs specifically for Keloids (bumps).

Call or whatsapp me on 09081691891.
what's the mechanism of action of the drug?
How does your money back guarantee work?
In how many weeks if no action do you give it back?
I really hope you are not trying to fleece people off their money.
