The documents you need is submit is stated on your CAS(Bsc certificate, proof of English).

You can start you visa application after getting your CAS, book your biometrics appointment and when your TB certificate is ready, you can upload and submit on the tls website if you’re choosing the self service option.

You can use the same bank statement you submitted for CAS for visa.

No one is asking you to make 28 transactions. The number of transactions on your account doesn’t matter.

1. For Unmarried partner on the visa Application form there is no section where u will input your partner name, and under the financial dependant if u select NO, hope it wouldn’t affect the unmarried partner when it is time for her to apply as a dependent.

2. After the MA visa is out can they still do wedding ? and the partner can apply after 3month or when she is ready to come? Hope there will not be an implication that the MA didn’t mention the partner name during his/her own application but just choose the Unmarried Partner option only when asked of relationship Status.

You can apply as single, get married and she applies as your spouse. It won’t affect anything.

2. When I choose this it takes me to the next page (screenshot added) asking in what capacity are you representing applicant, the only option that looks okay is "family member" but when I choose this, it asks how are my related to main applicant(which is me)

The answers to your question is No, it won’t affect your Dependants application.

If none of your dependants are traveling with you, the answer is NO.

When are you applying for your visa, still in similar situation.
My wife is the MA, why me the husband is her dependant, I want to use my account for the proof of funds but my agent is telling me our visa will be denied, that a dependant can not sponsor/ use his/her POF for the MA.. Said, I should transfer the funds to my wife's account and restart our 28days count.
If I insist that I must use my POF, then he'll ceased to be my agent, write to the school that, he's no longer our agent, then I can proceed with whatever I want (threat). Though, CAS has already been issued to my wife 3 weeks ago (POF wasn't needed for issuing of CAS)

I have 12m initially as our pof for family of two, with a school fee balance of 10,950, i got my CAS yesterday and my pof is already on 20th day today, initially i brought my queries on here before but I was advised to make our pof 14m and start to recount for another 28 days…

1, So my question is this, can i as the MA apply for my visa with the initial 12m pof then when the new deposit added to the pof matures my wife can now go ahead and apply for her own visa?

2, I hope the 12m pof will cover my own application, and hope the extra deposit of 2.5m will not affect the initial 12m deposited before ? (Base on lump sum deposited).

3, And on the completion of the new 28 days can my wife now use the new balance of 14.5m to apply for her own visa without any issue ?

Please from all I have read and I understand on this platform a dependant must join more than six months to the MA course end date to be able to pay for Ihs and prove her right to work. My husband resumed Sept 2022. Our calculation is that by March, 2023 we should have applied for our visa. But my sister who is in UK is telling us otherwise that we can apply by june/July. Please help me on this.

Let’s assume she is required to show 17500 in account if she pays 500 extra to school, her CAS is updated to reflect she now needs to show only 17000.

Before top up: 17500 times 525 is 9,187,000
After top up to school: 17000 times 525 is 8,925,000

Let’s assume Amount in POF account currently is 9,170,000, with the new 17k requirement, her balance is now more than sufficient.

It’s better to go and source for the extra £500 at black market than have a visa refusal and go through this process again.

One would lose more.

Outsourcing the funds…Makes sense.

He can't just add and print if the inflation affects his POF, he is just about to get his CAS, if it rate drops better if not then paying more on his tuition is the way to go
