I have never heard of any state or even fg doing that. But that tells you Amaechi is working and is ahead of his pairs. Fyi , the commissioner and school mgt board had their logistics mapped out.
Btw, the teachers were to be addressed as well.

Akwa Ibom state recruited teachers last year and posting was done(early this year). Posting list were pasted at all the Local Education Commitees(LECs) in all the local gov't and a letter was equally sent to the affected schools. I believe the Police this time.

You are not making sense here. Why did the police go to attack them? Is that also a publicity stunt by the Rivers state govt? Of course the police , Wike and Fg do not care about the welfare of the masses otherwise why did nt the police just watch and ensure that the people conducted themselves properly instead of throwing tear gas at them and flogging them.

Hate him or like him, Amaechi is the man of the moment. Posterity will judge him as one of the best governor, not just in Rivers but Nigeria as a whole.
Op sorry , Amaechi is not your typical politician who loses all sense of reasoning and does anything all in the name of being loyal.
Amaechi is not perfect, but he's much better than most Pdp governors.

Considering the number , is there anything wrong with them picking up their letter of deployments at the stadium. Why blame a governor who is trying to restructure education and at the same time reduce unemployment?Besides, the decision is that of the commissioner of education and not the governor.
