I bought a new iPad in 2014. Shortly after, i changed my Apple ID on the device. I received a mail acknowledgement from Apple confirming change of id. I started using the new Id, change password, sign into apple applications etc.

I had to do a reset this month but i can't activate the device cos it's iCloud locked. Unfortunately the new Apple ID i changed to which i've been using for more than 2yrs now cannot unlock the device, neither can d old one. Apple server can no longer recognise the old Apple Id.

I've been to d Apple Store i bought the device, tendered my purchase receipt + d device but they said i need to remember the Apple id & password.

I've been into chat session with Apple Support on Twitter, send them all my details, device serials, screenshot of my confirmation emails (i.e Change of Apple ID, change of password on new Apple id, etc) i received from Apple for both old n new Apple accounts.

Apple support keeps sending me a link to contact Apple support nearest to my location. Unfortunately, there's no Phone contacts for voice call or chat link for my location Nigeria. Instead, d link provided by Apple support keeps taking me round a circle.

What do i do? How do i contact Apple Support in Nigeria? How do i activate my device?

Of what use is security if i put my money in bank for safe keep but can't get it back on demand. Why do i have to bear d cost of Apple failed system

I know some people will tell us Best Practice - dislike buttons r not used. Must we always wait for others to do b4 we copy? Heard a report sometime ago of Facebook planning to introduce Dislike button. Maybe when that is done we'll copy. This shouldn't b so. All over d world pple r trying something new, to b d 1st n not last.

At the bottom of every post, "Quote" i know, "Report" i know, "Like" i know, but "Share" i don't know. Ordinarily, the name should speak for itself like others but in this case it doesn't.

Unlike other places i find "Share" its used to send that page or msg to someone else or to other supported applications, but here in Nairaland its different. It only add up when clicked.

May b i didn't get u correctly. I interpreted u to ask d initial process i passed thru when sending or receiving files b4 d formatting. 4 d now my system cant detect any bluetooth device neither can my phone find my system's bluetooth device. That's kind of weird. Had i seen your post i wouldn't have formatted my PC. I would've tried d OS repairs first.

D sign " ? " was found on d 1st day of formating. Others updated except PCI Device. But now d PCI device is no where 2 b found amongst d list of updated ones under "Network Adapters". Neither is there any other carrying question mark ( ? ).

D bluetooth is in-built. 1st thing 2 do is to switch on by pressing a button from d system. Next is 2 switch on my phones' bluetooth n i.e 10-20 seconds d two would b paired n ready 2 use. D problem now is neither my system nor my phone is able 2 detect d other, despite dat my drivers says my Bluetooth is working properly.

Although i've not tried using wireless 2 confirm if its working, but there r indications it'll work cos i'm receiving not only signal but a default page from a nearby connection as have always been d case. As for d wdm driver to split my audio, ,  am mute -that sounds going technical. For d moment i'm using USB to browse. Am yet to download d Registry Booster 2. I'll get in touch wen i'm done.

@All. I didn't mention (althou might not b relevant) dat my hard drive is being partition into two (drive C and D). And formating was only carried out on drive C alone. Also i've installed Malwarebyte Anti-Malware 1.46 recommended by a friend But i'm still having a Windows Security Alert dat windows did not find anti virus software n my computer is exposed to risk.

next time,use registry booster instead of speedup my pc(they are both made by uniblue, speedup is for expert and if unnnecessarily used, wld generate all the above symptoms and an eventual blue screen.der are 2 solutions:
1, boot up the system into safe mode and restore to an earlier date ie if u have a restore point
2, do a clean format or repair the os during installation
your antivirus cant help as your os is already missing important files

Thanks. I choosed formating. But d problem is after formatin my bluetooth has refused 2 work even after installing d driver. One of my drivers named PCI Device refused 2 update. Could this b d reason my bluetooth is not functioning?

The genesis of this problem is rooted when i downloaded "Speed up my PC" software. It said 91 files r slowing down your PC, Click to delete, of which i deleted.

Shortly after i.e 32hrs, my system shut down completely leaving a blue screen message informing me of my recent installation, dat i should pass thru SAFE MODE n uninstall it if i experience d blue screen message again OR press F8 n disable BIO-MEMORY and,  which i couldn't comprehend. Of course i switched-on my system n uninstalled d software without passing thru ANY of d afore mentioned.
I thot it was over not until after a week now.

Hi phone engineer. I'm using Nokia 3110c. Ever since i flashed it i've not been able 2 install application using nokia pc suite. Though i can copy n paste 4rm memory card, but cant synchronise, view contact, etc. Pls is there a way not?
