op and fellow window os userers pls help. My lumia 520 after two month of update to window 8.1 have eventually developed a fault to which i got no clue of. Can u imaging a phone constantly and rapidly changing flight signal and network signal whenever i change the flight mode. Base on my research in window's forum some have experience same problem according to them which has no remedy apart from changing the 'mother board' which i don't know what it means, please does anybody here got a clue of what i should do that will fix my phone back to is status Que? Your help will be greatly appreciated ,. Thanks in anticipation.

My lumia 520 once had same problem..and it was fixed after it was downgraded back to lumia amber ...just take it to a competent phone techie..

Has anyone tried any of those network amplifiers and repeaters advertised online..I really have terrible network coverage in my area..Vsat is too much an expensive solution.. And I really need my network reception to get better ..(I freelance online)..please I need suggestions.

I don't know what you mean by ''standard'' but you can start with at least N30,000 (thirty thousand naira). If you decide to combine it with cds (Nigerian movies, dvds and music) and phone accessories (memory cards, earphones, phone batteries etc), then hold about N60,000 (sixty thousand naira). This is for a small start.

thanks for the reply. by standard I was referring to something more of a place for fittings, wires and other accessories... basically stuffs electricians and electrical engineers need for their activities..

my opinion tho..petroleum training institute effurun...best in nigeria...they ve got all the equipments even a rig, classes arent crowded with a maximum of 30 -50 persons per department...pti rocks jor...other polys come second

During her school years she survived by using her brain. She tutored high school students, she had a choice. Today, she has a marriage proposal from a decent but wealthy man. It's not about the government but the way you govern your life.

Guy no uni post ume in naija is as tough as pti entrance exam..so dnt spit trash..and we dnt use jamb coz e too easy..just ask around and compare pti to dos oda schools den u will agree dat sum polys beat unis wella

natddon: I wonder why this argument is chronic. Poly entry requirements are not as high as unis. Most poly students wanted to attend unis but couldn't make it. Some did not even do jamb/ume exams. Worst still their lecturers are not profs. Hw do u compare students taught by bsc,msc holders majorly to those taught by phd/profs. So you are not confused a highest ranking poly lecturer(chief) is the equivalent of an associate/assistant prof in a uni. Even still, a poly rector reports to a perm second while a uni vc reports straight to the minister/commisioner

Folksyharry: not all parents see it that way. I graduated from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun with HND in Elect/Elect Engrg.(Power n Machine option). The best student in my session is the son of a professor in DELSU but his father didn't see sending him to school where he'll be awarded HND as a problem. A friend of mine whose dad didn't want him to go to a polytechnic gained admission into the university the same year I got my HND and he was not even given the course he applied for.

In the Engineering field, they do more of practicals than theory.
In a university, all engineering students will take a course called "ALGEBRA" (both basic and advanced) in first year (first semester).

In a polytechnic, mechanical Engineering students take this same course as "ADVANCED ALGEBRA" in their final year

These two attacks have confirmed that even the role of manning check points is still questionable because if they are trusted with check points, then the attacks would have been nipped in the bud.

My saddness is not in the security personnel, but on those who sit on their funds, training allowance, equipment/ammunition allocation .....etc etc. Help remove gun weilding officer along Ngor okpala---Etche road (collecting N20 from local trucks) and send him to training and lets watch where these millitants will enter from.
