Despite the numbers of factories and industries there, they don't have any motorable road there. I keep asking my colleagues what they used there so called IGR for. One thing Igbos do not realise is that SW is far bigger in land mass than the South East. Just two states in the SW is the same size as the entire SE. Oyo and Lagos State is the same size as the entire SE region. SW has many Cities,Towns and Villages that needs infrastructure far more than the SE. Yet the SW edges the SE in terms of infrastructural development. Thats why you can see big buildings accumulated in Nnewi and Onitsha (Small land mass) but in the SW those buildings will be spread across the many Cities and Towns in the SW.
