LH/ FSH ratio =2:1 ie d amt of LH hormone is twice that of FSH hormone( not good sign).
Progestrone amt is so low & it's even below d normal range while prolactin amt is higher than d standard range.
From my understanding of d female physiology; LH/FSH ratio is 1:1 approximately, PG is normally low on cd3 cos u must have restarted a new cycle now but in urs; d conc is quite lower than d standard.
Same with prolactin that is higher than its standard.
U r already treatingurself 4 high prolactin(that's gud) but u need to do something urgently Abt LH/FSH ratio.
When u balance this ratio; PG concentration will normalise.; how
Cos FSH is responsible 4 lst half of ur cycle & LH d latter half. SO IF A FEMALE DOSENT OVULATE; LH conc will continue 2 increase; with d aim of promoting ovulation. ....
Future possible tests; I will advise u conduct a fasting blood sugar test; TVS mid cycle & PG assay on CD21.
These tests will help in pinpointing d actual cause of d imbalance hormonal profile.
As d injection; my dear alwaz ask questions when in doubt. Progestin injection is an inject given 2 provide u with progesterone hormone esp if urs is quite low. I personally don't believe in treating symptoms of an ailment instead; find d root cause of d ailment; then treat it. So I won't advise on d injections..

I really appreciate ur response. pls do u ave any idea on d type of drug for d FSH/LH.

my nurse told me dat she all give me progestin injection 3 times in a month for 3 months. pls does anybody kW abt dis kind of treatment? and can I b taking drugs for prolactin while on d progestin injection? and wat is d price for garbagoline or dostinex.

When I had bilateral Dermoid cysts; I had laparoscopy ( invasive surgery)
Then almost two yrs later ; follow up scan detected Polycystic ovaries with multiple intramural fibroids. I just knew something wasn't right or I was doing something that was triggering it. Then I started intense research of non conventional means of fully eradicating this wahala. Came across so many articles but d most referred was an ebook by Carol Foster. (Check my earlier post to either Afagha / Godanswerprayer ; d link is there so u can also download it)
However; d 3 major things I did that made me become Ovarian cysts free plus all d other abnormalies even up till today( partially sha) are (1. Ketogenic diet/ low carb diet (2. Castor oil pack massage (@ least thrice in a wk) (3. Spirulina something combo ( I can't remember it's name but whenever I do I will post its picture). That issh is greenish in colour, smells like rotten grass & taste horrible. Plus fervent prayers .... ( l did all these @ same time & plz avoid SUGAR / SUGARY FOODS. There is a strong link btw that sweet poison & ovary cysts but Na talk of another day be dat)

Sorry I just remembered ur post;
From my own personal experience; I did progesterone hormonal assay on CD 21 which I paid 4 separately ( it's Abt 4K last yr at teaching hospital). Progesterone test is conducted on this day cos if u ovulated ; ur serum PG concentration will be quite high but if it's otherwise it signifies some many things from no ovulation, PCOS, hormonal imbalance , even if d female is pregnant ( she is placed on progesterone injections/ tablets).
So it's a very impt test & it's day is quite impt too.
On CD3, most other female sex hormones are assayed & quite naturally PG conc. is quite low then cos u must have restarted a new menstrual cycle & currently on follicle stimulating phase( make I stop here ).
In summary; on CD3 ; a new blood sample is required to conduct d actual concentration of d intended hormones (FSH,LH,ESTROGEN) likewise same 4 CD21 ( PROGESTERONE)
So u cud say that dy r two different tests ...

No wahala my sis; lst u need 2 brace urself cos it's not easy

1. I detoxified almost everyday with lemon & Ginger in warm/ hot water (this speeds up ur metabolism & aids in cleansing ur system)
2. I ate more of beans , fish, assorted green vegs( cabbage, spinach, broccoli, lettuce etc ), lean meat (I rarely ate this sha) ; in short I was a partial vegetarian
3. No fried foods; instead I grill/ oven bake d food
4. I Ate less carbohydrates & if I must ; like my darling Rice ( I add lots & lots of veg); replace garri & his brodas with wheat, coconut flour, cabbage & husk combo etc...
5. D most impt of all ; NO REFINED FOODS OR SUGAR( sweet poison as its called). Replace sugar with honey or a keto friendly sweetener . D list is endless...., but plz start with staying away 4rm refined foods e.g packaged foods, no sugar, spirit or alcohol, packaged juice etc. If u are thirsty; DRINK WATER :
6. I ate all fruits......as long as dy are in season. I must eat it.( l make smoothie of a lot of them)

So it's Water >fruits >Vegs > Plant protein > Animal protein > Carbohydrates > Fats

If it's any consolation ; I have suspended ketoing till Jan; so u cud do d same....

At least ; aside getting rid of all these unwanted abnormalies; u will also trim down well well (l lost almost 20kg) and u will look so many yrs younger

Good evening doctors pls I want to explain my results to me extensively. The result say I have an septate and anechoic cyst of 55m X 44mm and an hypoechoic mass noted at the submuciod level of the uterus and it measures 13 mm x13mm its slightly impinges on the endometrial plate. At the bottom he wrote an ovarian cyst and submucosal fibroid. The reason I went for the test is that since Aug I and my husband has been trying to get pregnant and av bin monitoring my cycle which is normally 27days regular; but the last period was painful and d pains lasted 2days with heavy nd thick clots in between which is unusual (period lasted four days but stained pants with brown stains lasted 7days)the pain was majorly on my stomach and it felt like i was having indigestion from eating apple which is unusual if i want to urinate my lower abdominal area will pain me after urinating it will relief me the lab Scientist pressed my right side if am feeling any pain cuz of d cyst I said no....so my questions goes does what are my chances of getting pregnant with 13 mm x10 mm submucosal fibroid? He said its too small but what if it's effect will be big secondly what can I do for d ovarian cyst to dissappear or revolve ? What r fertility drugs u can place me on? My husband too has gone for his test too when it's out i will let you knw. Can fibroid be treated herbally? Can drugs be taken to shrink it no matter hw small? I don't have infection cuz I did both viginal swab abdominal and pelvic scan...pls just explain to me in a way I will understand. Run the test. Its most probably the same high prolactin, cos I read it also messes up AF (period) and makes it irregular. You may also consider changing from the drug you mentioned to carbergoline (I hope I spelt it right)
Heard/read it works better for some people, though more expensive. And you take it just 2 times in a week. With less side effects.
Whatever is the case, discuss it thoroughly with your doc/gyn. And stick to your prolactin drug till you get your bfp, or run subsequent tests to be assured it has gone down. Cheers.
