PhonesTecno Phone Fraud: My Experiences In Carlcare Office Wuse Abuja Nigeria by Godbest(op):
Tecno Phone Fraud: My Experiences in Carlcare Office in Wuse Abuja Nigeria

Carlcare Service Limited, is charged with the responsibility to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products. Carlcare give support to android phones user provided such device has WARRANTY

My friends all knows me for one thing, my love for Tecno phones. I have this strange love for Tecno phone maybe it because it hardware are strong. Any time my friends decides to get at me they call me Mr Tecno. But with the latest treatment and behaviour I got from Carlcare staff at their office in Wuse Abuja. I have decided in my life or life to come never again will I use Tecno products. And also I will, from now on start advising everyone not to use Tecno product.

I use a Tecno D1E Phone, colour white which I bought new, tear nylon, tear rubber with full warranty seal. The phone presently have keypad problem some of it keys are not working, the volume key and camera key are also not working. I cant even type or send message with it and also the Touch screen is not working properly. I was advice by a friend to take it to Carlcare office which I humbly obeyed

On getting to Carlcare office (1st Floor, No.16 Gwani Street, off IBB Way, Wuse Zone 4, near King Care Hospital, FCT State, Abuja Nigeria), I was directed by the security man at the door, to get a ticket number.

After waiting like eternity, due to the lack of character and professionalism these Carlcare representative display while executing their job, they insult and shot-words at anyone who try to express frustration in the time wasting and sluggish manner they perform their task. It really got bad when an age woman try to speak out, she was bitterly insulted, poor woman I pity her!!!

When it got to my turn, I quickly walk up to the Carlcare representative lady that was position to attend to me, after smiley greeting her, I showed her my phone and explained my situation to her.

To my almost surprise the Carlcare lady look at me deeply, shake her head then burst in laugher cheesy, she called a friend explained to her my situation before I know it both of them start laughing. huh huh
I was irritated by their behaviour and embarrassed undecided, I can’t just imagine, after spending my time and energy to come down here to seek solution to my phone problem the only thing I got was them laughing at me sad. The lady whose name I later learnt was JENNIFER, knowing I was beginning to get angry stopped laughing looked at me again then said I should go and buy another new phone, because they Carlcare can’t fix my phone and Tecno itself can’t fix it too. I ask her why she said my phone is an old phone and that they don’t fix old phones.

Now my augment and questions I got for Carlcare and Tecno is this
1. If Tecno D1E is an old phone, why are they still selling it in the market?
2. Why is Tecno as a company still producing it? huh when they know that once it get faulty there are noway it can be repair?
3. Why give me warranty on a device you know you can’t repair once it faulty
4. Are they telling me, if I buy any new Tecno phone once the phone last 2year with me I should just throw the phone away because it now an old phone? and if it develop fault, am on my own, because Carlcare and Tecno will not fix it.
5. How many year will a phone spend before they (Carlcare and Tecno) classified such phone model as OLD?
6. So if I want to be loyal to Tecno I will have to start changing phone every time? (Is that not foolishness and waste of resource?).

In Nokia Customer Care Centre where they fix damage phones, they repair all kind of phones model, be it new, old or aged provided such device still has it warranty on it, with that you are safe to buy and use their products. So why is Tecno different!!!

I can’t just imagine I just wasted my time, money, life and energy in Carlcare office only for me to get such treatment. Little wonder, majority of android user prefer to go to unauthorised engineer or road side technician in order for them to fix their phones and devices.

The lady stood speechless, I just walked out because I wasn't happy at all...(Imagine, buying a new phone in this economy recession.)
Seriously I see this as a scam, yes #TecnoScammingNigerian #CarlcareScammingNigerian

Nigerian please beware. Run away from anything call Tecno

SURPRISE AS NIGER DELTA MONARCHS CALL CRIMINALS INNOCENT SCHOOL CHILDREN

I wishes to draw the attention of all good and patriotic citizens of our dear country to the headline of a story in one of our national dailies titled “Niger Delta monarchs seek release of 10 pupils”. This is a great disservice to Nigeria by the monarchs concerned.
First of all, I must commend the Honourable Minister of Petroleum Resources, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, for his frankness when he hosted the Niger Delta monarchs who visited him in his Abuja office.

The Honourable Minister was forthright when he told the monarchs and the stakeholders point blankly that there was nothing on ground in Niger Delta to justify the $40 billion dollars released to the Niger Delta in the last 10 years, tasking the people to first solve governance and transparency issue in terms of spending money before the release of further fund.

The above notwithstanding, my main concern in this write-up is about the way and manner the monarchs were demanding for the release of the so-called 10 “innocent” school children arrested by the Army on May 28 in Oporoza. This demand is gross embarrassing and unbecoming of the highly placed monarchs who were supposed to be reverence for peace, discipline and high level patriotism. It is shameful that the monarchs are now dubbing criminals and economic saboteurs “innocent school children”.

Nigerians are not dull as not to remember the circumstances surrounding the arrest and concrete evidence against the “10 innocent school boys” by the troops of Operation DELTA SAFE. The monarchs may be required to tell Nigerians what the innocent “school boys were doing around 2:00am in the creek with dangerous weapons that included dynamites on the day they were arrested.

It seems the whole scenario in the Niger Delta is getting clearer. Notable traditional rulers seemed to be sponsors and brain behind the Niger Delta Avengers and similar militant groups. No wonder over $40 billion dollars went down the drain in the last 10 years and the monarch, rather than condemning the illegal diversion of money meant for development in the region for private use, are there protecting the criminals.

No wonder then none of them could reply the Hon Minister of Petroleum Resources when he asked about the where about of all the money released to the Niger Delta in the past. Seems the monarchs’ visit to Abuja is another orchestration geared towards smarting for another bomber “harvest” from the Federal Government, which this time around is not going to be the business as usual especially now that the criminals in the name of avengers are blowing pipelines for over 1,447 times in this period, lowering oil prices in the market.

Our candid advice is for the monarchs in the region to call their sons and daughters in the business of crimes to order and stop this double standard approach to Nigerian problems. Era of sharing money meant for developmental projects in the region to palaces is gone. Dubbing these criminal “innocent school children” is criminal, misleading and falseful. A spade should be called a spade. The arrested men are criminals and economy saboteurs.
The so called monarch should stop insulting sensibility of the Nigerian people.

ITbomb:
After going through the thread on the Windows free upgrade deadline, I saw many complaints from people who installed the Windows and the others who were still skeptical.

To be honest, Windows 10 is the best Windows experience once everything has been set up and running

Let’s get straight to the issues.

First of all, you need to know basic information about your system.
Press Win+R and type in msinfo32 to launch the System information console and look for these items
a. Manufacturer
b. Model Number
c. Architecture ( 64 bit or 32 bit/86x) very important
d. RAM

These are the most important, other information are there

1. Download size and options

Yes, the download size is about 3.5 GB to get Windows 10 on your PC. Other additional installations/driver updates might take another 1 GB

Note: if you are upgrading from the Microsoft tool, make sure you have enough data (>4 GB) and a strong network otherwise any network interruption, even at 90%, you start afresh

Solution: Download a good Windows 10 ISO file with any Download Manager (which you can pause and resume at will), click here for the link or buy a DVD from a computer shop.

CDS ASSURES NNPC MANAGER OF ADEQUATE SECURITY ON NNPC TRUNK LINES

The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin said the Defence Headquarters (DHQ) will continue to collaborate with all law enforcement agencies to protect Federal Government critical National assets in spite of the prevailing security challenges in the country.
General Olonisakin made the remarks when the Group Managing Director (GMD) Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Dr Maikanti Kacalla Baru visited him at the Defence Headquarters, Abuja to solicit for his support towards restoring sustainable security and suitable operating environment in the oil and gas industry.

While congratulating the New GMD on his well deserved appointment, the CDS noted that the re-organization of the security architecture in the Niger-Delta region code-named Operation Delta SAFE was as a result of the renewed attacks on oil facilities, illegal bunkering and associated criminal activities by some groups operating within the riverine communities.

The CDS assured the GMD NNPC of the Armed Forces commitment to secured oil pipelines across the country, deploy personnel to protect NNPC Technical staff working on sites for optimum productivity and also requested for logistical assistance from the corporation to enable security forces achieve their objectives.

Speaking earlier, Dr Kacalla Baru said he was at DHQ to expressed his appreciation to the CDS for the support and protection his corporation has been receiving from the Armed Forces and to further solicit for closer collaboration in sustaining the protection of NNPC pipelines across the nation.
While commending the CDS for his bold initiative in tackling insecurity and fine tuning the security arrangements in the Niger Delta he pointed out that the Federal Government’s intention to build a robust economy, provide job opportunities, deliver social services and provide adequate security for all Nigerians is pegged on the estimated accruable revenue from proceeds of oil and other sources.

He lamented the huge product losses occasioned by pipeline vandalism, incessant oil theft and other acts of sabotage which he observed may affect the implementation of the 2016 budget.

The GMD therefore appealed to the CDS to increase security presence in the operations areas of NNPC nationwide as his corporation is ready to collaborate with Defence Headquarters and other security agencies to enable them protect strategic national assets.

The NNPC Group Managing Director was accompanied by Senior Directors of the corporation to the DHQ while the CDS was assisted by Principal Staff Officers of Defence Headquarters to receive the NNPC Boss and his delegation.

Payroll Has Gone Down By 6.6bn Naira – Adeosun
Channels Television.
Updated June 27, 2016

The Federal Government says it has saved 6.6 billion Naira on its payroll since November 2015.

The Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun, made the claim on Monday while giving a brief on the activities of the Efficiency Unit (E-UNIT) approved by President Muhammadu Buhari last November.

“On salaries, we’ve cleaned our payroll. As at last week, we had reduced our payroll amount by 6.6 billion Naira between when I started work in November and today.”

Cutting Cost

Speaking on Sunrise Daily, Mrs Adeosun told Nigerians to expect more civil servant protests, saying that the workers were reacting to government’s unpopular decisions.

She restated the government’s commitment to cutting cost of running the affairs of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

“By the nature of the job at the moment, I am cutting cost, I am taking people off the payroll (and) I am reviewing projects.”

The Finance Minister added that the implementation of the policy was across board (at both lower and higher cadre of the public sector), saying it would be unfair if it affects the junior workers only

Lord Have Mercy
iLegend:
These 5 books helped me the most in life. Let me see yours.

These are books I'm not supposed to reveal to anyone. They're my secret weapons.

Revealing it will make me expose my secrets.

I'm thinking of not posting this.
I'm not really cool posting this, but I know this will definitely help somebody.

Something is pushing me to press the submit button!

I hope the wise boys/men in the house will take advantage of this.

If you're a lady let your boyfriend or male friends know some of these books. But the side effect is, if they know all these you'll probably lose them to other women.

Women can't resist a man who has the qualities contained in these books and it does not require money, height or looks to acquire them.

I can kill for these books. I guarantee 100% success on these books!

These are my Top 5 Practical Books Ever.

5. Comedy Writing Secrets by Mel Helitzer.
(I have a natural sense of humor, but this book amplified it. Be careful with this book. You might become funnier than Okon.)

4. 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene
(Some people love to use others, but this book stops it or make you become a better player on deception. Be carful with the dangers of this book.)

3. Double Your Dating by David DeAngelo.
(I never knew my ways around women. This 90 page book changed me in hours and I couldn't believe it. This would've been my number one.)

2. Sex God Method by Daniel Rose.
(I was boring in bed, but this book stopped it. This is only for bad boys that want to get a girl addicted to sex. Be careful, you're about to hurt another man's daughter via sexual addiction. Being so good in bed is FAR better than being so good with books.)

1. Eja.culation Trainer (ETrainer) by Matt Gordon.
(I never lasted long enough during sex, but this book practically blew me away and placed me among the 1% of men that can last forever in the bed without any enhancer. If not for this book my sexual ego or my overall confidence would've been on ground floor.)

Notable Mentions:

Dangerous Man Adventurous Woman by David Dida.
(About women and their crazy wishes.)

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hills.
(About business and being rich.)

My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday.
(About female fantasies and how naughty women truly are.)

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
(About money and being rich.)

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
(About humility and being a leader.)

English Blue Grammar by I can't remember.
(About simplified grammars and punctuations.)

— Too numerous to mention.

I don't know if I still have these books again. I had all the soft copies of these books, but it's better you buy them from the Authors, else you'll not value them.

My secrets are gone!
God, I hope I won't regret this.

I'll probably take this down if I wake tomorrow morning feeling bad!

Share your top 2, 4 or 5 books with us. The ones you are practically applying in your day to day activities.

iLegend.

Modify: Yes, we all know the greatest books are religious books like the Bible and Quran, but we ain't talking religion here. Please bear with me on that. Maybe I'll post top 5 Evergreen Books!
