This is a responds to the news on Niger Delta Avenger Dare Buhair https://www.nairaland.com/3059098/niger-delta-avengers-dares-buhari STOP DESTROYING NATIONAL ASSETS It’s rather incomprehensible and disturbing that with all efforts to put Nigeria back on its feet, a group in Nigerian could be planning to destroy valuable national assets (Pipeline and other oil platforms). It is a common knowledge that citizens should help his or her own country to grow and attain greater height in order to compete favorably with other developed nations. The questions one can ask is of what benefit would the destruction of pipelines and other national assets be? More so, the nation, Niger Delta inclusive rely on the revenue from the sales of the crude oil. Also, Niger Delta States, aside usual federal allocation collect 13% derivation along with regular funding of NDDC among others. Embarking on such damages to national asset is not only grave economic sabotage, but counterproductive to national growth and development. Therefore such move should not be contemplated in the first instance. Appeal should go to the group called "Niger Delta Avengers" to have a rethink and embrace peaceful resolution of whatever their grievances are. We are making this write up as a concerned citizens having heard and read about a new group called "Niger Delta Avengers" that vowed to carry out more attacks on the pipeline and other oil platforms in the Niger Delta. This is rather unfortunate. We are urging the group to exploit other decent avenues of channeling its grievances; more so, office of the amnesty is there to cater for such complains. We also call on the leaders in the Niger Delta to add voices to the clarion call to the group to shield its sword. Remember to destroy is easy, but to repair is costly and takes time. We should love our country and help it to grow. We should be peaceful and allow our parochial interest to override overall interest. Be good citizen and avoid anything capable of adding more hardship to the citizenry of this great nation. Message from "Nigeria We Trust Group"

The truth is known boko-haram is polictical not religion motivated |
ADMONITION TO BOKO HARAM LEADERS Empty vessels make the loudest noise, that's Shekau or his replica and his satanic group for you. This group's activities are not godly, it's satanic in nature and inhuman in outlook. You should stop using religion (Islam) in perpetrating your evil and unholy massacre of innocent people. Lets remind you that, what you are doing is not on any teaching of Islam or any other religion. Because Allah has said, whoever kills innocent people would forever and ever be in Jahannam, even to put fear in some bodies mind is not allowed by Islam, not to talk of killing. Those verses you are quoting from the Koran are been misinterpreted by you and your ignorant group. There is no truth in what you said, and this constitute an offense before Allah. Therefore, it's high time for you to think of the dangerous journey you are into or undertaken. We advise you to surrender and also tell the remnant members to do same for you all to meet God in a pleasant state. Islam has provisions for respecting leaders, it's therefore an abomination to do otherwise or take arms against constituted authority. Islam has also through prophet Mohammad (SAW) instructed Muslims to seek for knowledge even if they are going to get it in Chin the present day China, as long as such knowledge could be beneficial to one self and humanity generally. There is no restrictions to which type of knowledge you seek, provided that, it would not take you away from Islam. Therefore, you should stop this your unholy act of Jahiliyya. Good Muslims do things that would benefit both the Muslims and non Muslims of their country, because we are all brothers and sisters. You should not harm anybody irrespective of his religious affiliation, that's the teaching of Islam. Your barbaric conducts distanced people from seeing the good side of Islam which is the most peaceful religion on earth by definition and doctrine. This is an advice for you and your followers; embrace peace, surrender and become useful to the society, to yourself, your family, community and the nations at large. my question is WHO IS SAYING THE TRUTH.... EFCC OR Kwara State Government |
We Didn't Pay Sen. Bukola Saraki Salary After Office: KWSG Kwara State Government has denied paying former governor of the State, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki salary after he left office in May 2011. Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Isiaka Gold in a reaction to claims that the former governor was drawing salary from the State after he left office, explained that Dr Saraki’s last salary was N291,474.00 for the month of May 2011. According to the SSG, “from June 2011, former Governor Saraki started receiving his pension which was N578,188.00 as other past governors in the country”. The statement added that after the review of pensions of former political office holders by the State Pension Board, the former governor’s pension increased to N1,239,493.94 monthly from October 2014 to date. Alhaji Gold advised interested stakeholders to seek clarification from appropriate authority to avoid misleading the public. source https://www.facebook.com/Kwaragovt/posts/1259591380736006 |

It is unfortunate that this kind of thing happened to the civilians and coincidentally they are all women. However, this group wants to sympathize with the victim of been manhandled by unruly soldiers. But in as much as this kind of ugly incident happened, we should not generalised and calls our gallant soldiers all sort of names, we shall remember that in every society we can't have 100% cent and even among the cent, they are not equal in behaviour and characters, and i think everywhere there are good ones and bad ones. Nigerian Military as we knew is a professional organization and would not condone or encourage this kind of indiscipline. We should recalled that just of recent, we read on papers that there was an establishment of civil-military unit in all military units for the purpose of enhancing good civil-military relationship. We also made to understand through papers also, some of the errant soldiers who carried out this unruly behaviour to the civilians where sanctioned and some even lost their job. Therefore people should not generalized because of the conduct of two or few people on uniform to condemned the uniform for all those wearing it, knowing fully their sacralises in all over the place for us to stay in peace is enormous. The organizations called on all Nigerians especially in this critical time to encourage men and women in uniform to perform optimally in keeping our nation safe against criminals and impunity. We are not justifying what they did was wrong, but it should not be use as blackmail on all fine officers and men and other security agents who make us sleep well while they are on vigil. |

Military Subjects Shekau’s Video to Forensic Analyses The Nigeria military is subjecting a purported new video from leader of the Boko Haram sect, Abubakar Shekau to forensic examinations in order to ascertain its authenticity. The development is sequel to calls being made by Abubakar Shekau in the said video on his followers to embrace peace and stop the fighting by sheath their swords and surrender. A top military officer however told PRNigeria that: “the ongoing campaign against insurgency and indeed Boko Haram is being intensified most especially in the Sambisa forest, and its environs in order to further degrade and demystify the sect and bring them to their knees. “We are aware of the video but we are subjecting it to thorough forensic investigation. We wont take any action that can stop the ongoing offensives against the terrorists in all fronts. Every terrorist is free to surrender. “While the military is conscious of sustaining the tempo on its war against terrorism, the military intelligence will subject the undated and unverified video to forensic analyses.” The officer concluded. Shekau was last heard from in March 2015, when an audio message attributed to him was released pledging Boko Haram’s allegiance to the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), after which it rebranded itself as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP). The Boko Haram leader also issued a threat to disrupt 2015’s general elections in Nigeria. By PRNigeria source www.prnigeria.com |
PRESS RELEASE NO SAVE HAVEN FOR TERRORISTS - DHQ It has come to the notice of the Defence Headquarters about the online video clips purportedly released by the Boko Haram Terrorists Leader, Abubakar Shekau or his replica in Arabic and Hausa Languages showing remorse and asking for forgiveness. The DHQ wishes to state emphatically that not minding the contents of the video clips, the Armed Forces of Nigeria would continue to fight in order to consolidate the successes recorded so far and assuring Nigerians that no inch of the Nigerian territory would be allowed to be bastardized by any force of darkness again. The DHQ is also reassuring the good citizens of our great country that all captives under the coffer of the Boko Haram Terrorists, would regain their freedom with the ongoing military’s final offensive against the terrorists. While the Nigerian Military would not rest until all the remnants of the terrorist group are completely wiped out of our blessed land, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olonisakin, wishes to commend all officers and men of the Nigerian Armed Forces for their sacrifices, determination and courage to degrade the terrorists and task them to complete the good job they have started soonest in line with our rules of engagement. The said video clips should therefore be discountenanced as it could be another ploy or antics of the terrorists to keep our innocent citizen off their current security alertness to maximize casualties if attacked. The Nigerian Armed Forces are now determined more than ever before to end this ugly trend. Members of the public are also advised not to be carried away by the video clips, but to be extra vigilant and be security conscious at all times during Easter celebration and beyond. Public is also reminded to report any suspicious strange faces, movement and object to the nearest security agency so as to counter any unholy plans of the Godless terrorist group source: www.prnigeria.com Defence Headquarters Nigeria https://www.facebook.com/DefenceInfoNG/ |

Thanks to all so to our ladies dont silicate, or silicon your buttocks any more with this 5proven way you are sure in getting a bigger and natural butt. #naturalbuttispossible |
#5 – Deadlifts This exercise is perfect for creating a smooth transition between your hamstrings and your glutes by working the lower portion of your butt. Ideally, you will use a set of dumbbells, but you can use anything from around the house that suits you! (A can of beans can work a treat). Follow these simple exercise steps to build and tone your glutes: Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart and weights down near your hips Lower the weight to your knees, keeping them close to your quads and ensuring your back is straight. Lift the weights back up your quads to a standing position, again ensuring to keep a straight back, and be sure not to lock your knees. Repeat this as many times as you feel comfortable, and be sure to keep your head facing forward throughout.
|
#4 – Hip Thrusts Hip thrusts have become increasingly popular with celebrities trying to get that bigger butt and there are a number of reasons for this: Hip thrusts improve the size, strength and definition of the glutes They increase acceleration and endurance They increase squat power by building strength in the glutes and quads They improve functioning in the entire body, as glutes influence feet, ankles, knees, hips and pelvic mechanics Hip thrusts are extremely easy to execute, simply lie on a solid floor (you may want a mat on hard flooring), keeping your knees at 90 degrees, raise your hips off the floor and clench the glutes at the top; be sure to focus on your glutes here and not your lower back or hamstrings. Finish the movement with your hips as high as possible, then release, keeping tension on the glutes on the way down and then repeat! It’s that easy, and once you’ve perfected the technique, this is sure to be the ‘go to’ exercise in you quest for a bigger butt.

5 PROVEN WAYS TO GET A BIGGER BUTT #3 – Lunges Lunges are great for targeting that stubborn behind, but variety is key to building the perfect workout for you and your glutes. When you step your foot forward into a lunge, the most important part of the workout is to use your glute muscles to push yourself back into standing position. Failure to do this will result in you working your hamstrings and quads, which is great if you wish to tone up your legs! Try a variety of techniques that work for you… there’s plenty to chose from! Side lunge Lunge jump Back lunge Lunges with weights Back lunge into front kick For optimum results, try to add 2 reps of each lunge workout and repeat as many times as you feel comfortable (they are supposed to hurt a little). After all, no pain no gain!
|
#2 – Squats One of the best exercises to target the glutes are squats, however many people adopt the wrong technique, which results in actually targeting your hamstrings rather than your butt. For the perfect glute workout try this simple squat technique: Keep your feet wide apart, wider than hip width and with your toes turned out Go down slowly into a deep squat keeping your knees at 90 degrees and in line with your toes, and ensure to keep your back straight Come up slowly, maintaining good posture and repeat To intensify the workout and target glutes further, try this technique: Rather than coming up slowly from the squat, jump up high kicking your feet outwards, then land back into your deep squat position (this is key to targeting your glutes and building your big butt) Do 3 sets of 20 reps These squats will ensure that you work your target area (glutes) and will help to build your dream booty.
