Romance#Buttocks - 5 Proven Ways To Get A Bigger Butt by Godbest(op):
We’re now in the era of the ‘big booty’ where the measure of sex appeal is linked to the prominence of our behinds! Most social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and also music videos are plagued with women competing to gain the ‘biggest butt’ title. With the likes of Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose, gone are the days where we tried to tame our butts in countless exercise classes and asking ‘does my bum look big in this’ hoping for some reassurance that our behinds were in fact petit and pert. We have scrutinized and selected some of the best ways to get that big booty you’ve always dreamed of, and you may be surprised to learn that it isn’t all about exercise!

#1 – Protein

Most sites focus solely upon the exercises to perform in order to build up your glutes, but fail to consider diet as a catalyst to the big booty. When working on building your big behind, the most important thing to remember is protein protein protein! You can work out like a bodybuilder and train like an athlete but if you don’t take in enough protein, you won’t supply your glutes with the amino acids they need to actually grow the muscles. Try including protein rich foods into your diet such as fish, lean meats, eggs, nuts and seeds! If you are working out substantially, you may want to consider taking a protein supplement such as ‘The Protein Works – Whey Protein 80” which is specifically designed to give your body all it needs to build your beautiful behind!

PoliticsNigeria Military: Britain To Strengthen Nigerian Armed Forces (Photo) by Godbest(op):
BRITAIN TO STRENGTHEN NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES.

International collaboration to end insurgency in Nigeria in the shortest possible time has received further blessing with the United Kingdom pledging all necessary assistance to the Nigerian Armed Forces. The British Chief of Defence Staff, General Sir Nicholas Houghton reinforced the British pledge when he paid courtesy visit to Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olonisakin in his office in Abuja.
General Houghton noted that the long standing relationship between Nigeria and the United Kingdom and the recent visit of Nigeria’s President to Britain informed his visit to Nigeria to meet with the top military leadership on the urgent areas of collaboration against the threat of Boko Haram insurgency. He said Britain is aware of the efforts Nigeria Armed Forces had put in to subdue insurgency in the North East and militancy in the Niger Delta, noting that the time is ripe for Nigeria allies to render all necessary forms of assistance to reinforce the capability of the Nigerian Armed Forces.
The British CDS pointed out that the successful conduct of the last Nigeria general election that produced Mohammadu Buhari as the President has further put Nigeria on a positive global searchlight in the comity of nations and the Britain is ever ready, more than before, to assist the country in human capacity building and technical aids. He commended the Nigerian Armed Forces for beating back the terrorists in the last couple of months.

Earlier in his welcome address, Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff, General Olonisakin, had solicited for training and human capacity development from the United Kingdom. He requested for British assistance in military hardware, essential equipment, platforms and intelligence gathering, not only in the areas of operations in the North East but also in the protection of the nation’s maritime environment and the Gulf of Guinea.
General Olonisakin thanked the visiting British CDS and Britain for all the assistance Nigeria and its Armed Forces had enjoyed from the United Kingdom so far and called for more collaboration, especially at this crucial time when Nigeria is battling against all forms of crimes and illegalities within the nation’s territory.
Present at the occasion were representatives of the Service Chiefs, Principal Staff Officers of the Defence Headquarters, UK Defence Attaché to Nigeria and other senior military officers.

The person that designed such terrible weapon system has a special place in hell reserved for him!

Cluster munition is the worst of them all, it's so difficult to clean up and will continue to maim and kill people years after the conflict has ended.
That is why the United Nations placed a ban on it!
What is such doing in our inventory especially when we are fighting an insurgency.
We have the worst illiterates and stupid people in our army.
Why did they deploy cluster munitions against an internal crisis?
They even allow it to fall into the enemies hands?
It's like deploying a dirty bomb (nuclear weapon ) against an enemy on your own land, poisoning the land.

DEFENCE HEADQUARTERS WARNS ON CLUSTER BOMBS

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) wishes to inform Nigerians living in the North East and any other parts of the country to keep a lookout for Cluster Bombs sometimes called scatter bombs as the Nigerian Army Engineers serving in Adamawa State have recovered some catches of these bombs in the contested areas in recent time.

The military high command has discovered that the Boko Haram Terrorists (BHT) in the areas have used such lethal instruments over time to push their callous terrorist cause. For easy identification, it is important to note that cluster bombs are bombs that house submunitions, that is, smaller explosives contained in individual cases. These bombs are used against large areas containing many targets, such as columns of vehicles, marketplaces, places of worship or large troop concentration as the case may be.

Some cluster bombs carry several hundred of very small explosives wrapped in a metal container like a pot while others carry larger submunitions that can find specific targets such as tanks. Some of these submunitions do not blow up immediately, but remain behind and act as landmines. This can be an acceptable explanation for the recovery of catches of these bombs by Nigerian Army Engineers in the area.

The general publics are hereby requested to be wary of such concealed dangerous equipment now being used by the terrorist elements to cause havoc to both innocent lives and property. The public is also advised to report such objects/materials if seen to security agencies for prompt action. The terrorists are desperate and frustrated and could use any cruel instrument to actualize their evil intention.

Members of the public are hereby urged to continue to cooperate with the security agencies by giving timely information to secure our great country.

Good one from our gallant security operative
PoliticsCounter Terrorism: Nigeria Military Issues Red Alert On Fake National Id Cards by Godbest(op): 6:11pm On Sep 23, 2015
COUNTER TERRORISM: DHQ ISSUES RED ALERT ON FAKE NATIONAL ID CARDS
The Nigerian military authorities have issued a red alert against the prevailing incidences of unauthorized reproduction of the national identity cards by some unscrupulous elements in society.

In view of the prevailing racketeering, the Defence Headquarters hereby warns members of the public to be mindful of getting their national identification from sources other than the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) as such acts of illegal reproduction of the national ID cards could engender a serious security breach in the ongoing counterinsurgency operation in the northeast.

The public are also warned that the approved national ID card which is a chip-based card, has over eighteen security features some of which are not visible to the naked eyes distinguishing it from any of its kinds and can only be issued by the NIMC. The printing which is by laser engraving stands it out easily.

The implication of fake national ID cards in circulation is that Boko Haram terrorists in the northeast also used similar method of identification for their members in the past who were nabbed by the military and paraded before newsmen.

The general public should guard against patronizing unauthorized agents to obtain their national identification as there are racketeers issuing fake cards for monetary and criminal gains. This would go a long way to assist the security forces in the containment of infiltration of illegal aliens who may wish to acquire the cards to legalize their migration into the country to support the terrorists in the fight against the Nigerian Armed Forces.

The DHQ hereby appeals to members of the public to report any attempt by unauthorized persons to issue, at any point in time, cards similar to the national ID cards to the security agencies. Security, he said is a collective concern of every citizens
