There is Cash everywhere in the North. POS have returned to the old charges of 10k to 100 naira for withrawals. I withdraw 12k in Kaduna via POS this morning and I was charged 200 for the charges.

All Bank ATM's are dispensing. With few people on the que. While some ATM have cash, but no one is there to withraw.
