TobstJ, some guys who submitted may sef neva hear chichi. If u are in Lagos, I strongly advice you to visit Cdhc to make enquiry on ur app.

Please guys, I'm set to submit my study permit app. I have been denied before in 2011 and they didn't stamp my Pasport anyway.... But this time, my sponsor's company statement which I got yesterday was bad in the sense that it is showing that He owes the Bank 18.7 million naira. But the transaction History for the 6month interval is very good. Can I use this Bank statement?

Based on a first hand experience, I would advise you to go ahead with the agreement document and probably a receipt. If you don't have the C of O at this point, then don't bother. Just be sure whatever document you are using is authentic. Goodluck
