Good day, everyone! Thank you for your assistance so far.
My brother Visitor Visa was approved today. He applied on the 22nd of March, 2024. He has done biometric in his previous applications. No travel history, he had been refused UK student visa 2wice, Canada student visa once and US visit visa once.

My question is, which is faster and better, to send his passport by courier or go to their office in person. Reason is that I want him to attend my birthday coming up in few weeks

For assisted service at TLS Ikeja, do they allow one to share a Google link with them that contains already uploaded documents for uploads or it is strictly hard copy?

Choosing assisted service was because there were no dates for self service. But I have all the documents on my google drive. Will they allow me to share with them so they can upload for me . Thank you

Already uploaded? If you already uploaded them they don't need to upload them again. Assisted service is for those that didn't opt for self service and have not uploaded their documents.

I am a little bit confused. I went for Biometrics on the 2nd of May 2024, I was supposed to resume work on the 1st of June. They sent a mail last week that my visa processing is still with them and it will take 15 working days from the date they received it (3rd of May 2024 as a confirmation mail was sent on that to me) to make a decision (should be any time this week from my calender)

They just sent me another mail for an interview with them on the 4th of June at Abuja VAC.

This is kind of confusing to be honest.

Am I the only one on this table?

I guess they need more clarifications. Where did you do your biometrics?

You can't pay with your naira card. You have to use a dollar card. Find someone who has one if you dont.

I used my salary account for six months

Submitted my savings account for 6 months ( realised I shouldn't have transferred a lump sum a few weeks before printing. But it didn't affect.

Evidence of employment

Visitation letter.

Also attached valid Canadian and US visas

I did Biometrics of Friday 10th for me and my family for health and care VISA standard,
I am yet to recieve an email but I just got a message from DHL that our passport is ready.
What does this mean, I am tensed

Wow you didn't even get a email notifying you that your application has being received and is awaiting consideration? Where did you do your biometrics?
Anyway just be positive as long as you didn't get refusal mail either. Remember to update us. Best wishes!

Good day every one, please I am planning on visiting uk on tourist but the issue I am having is that the company I work for don't pay our salary direct they pay it to another organization to credit our account and the name of the organization appears on my statement of account instead of the company name I work for.The question is how can I show it or explain to the visa officer that is the company I work for paying the salary not the organization? ,pls I need your help and my salary is 999970 I hope it's enough for 8 days tourist with closing balance of 6.8m?

I think you should write a support letter to explain this and add it as part of the documents you'll submit.

Hello everyone, I need help. been trying to make payment for Biometric at the VI branch, but it says payment portal unavailable, is anyone else having this issue. I would like to note I am using my Naira card. is that the problem

Also I it doesn't give me the option not to pay, Do I have to pay, I processed visa for one of my parents in December at the Ikeja branch of VFS and I did not have this problem. I did not have to pay at all.

This is the message on their page so I didn't bother to click to pay. I don't know what step to take

No I didn't use Providus bank . I paid via a dollar card and I've also booked for biometrics.

No other locations apart from Lagos and Abuja. Go to VFS website, you will see various ways to book an appointment for biometrics.

Nope, you cannot use Naira Debit cards to pay for usd transactions. Incase you can’t apply for a usd card due to the holidays, you can Get someone that has a USD debit card, fund the account and make the payment

Good day everyone. Please can I use a Naira (visa) card to pay for Canadian online visa application fee? I actually tried and it showed declined I want to know if its a network issue,bank related issues or outright " it can not be used!". Please be kind with your response I cry easily. God bless you.
