Yes waec, that's the only age nysc accept especially when you want to resolve exemption related issues because of wrong date of birth.

they no longer use waec but jamb date of birth.

You shouldn't revalidate if you didn't register after mobilisation. I was in the same shoe with you. Was mobilised for batch b last year but didn't register. I seamlessly registered today for this batch. Don't worry. Register when ready.

Because they no longer grant the students permanent resident after graduation which is the 99% reason why Nigerians study abroad.

stop misleading people dear.... Nysc age is calculated when graduated from institution and not the age during mobilization, i.e if you graduate at the age of 29 and something delay your nysc mobilization and you stay at home for 3 yrs by then u will be 32 yrs, you will still surely serve. This is because you are not above 30 when you graduated from school.
