Car Talk / Re: Hyundai's Unveils First Mass-Produced Electric Bus "Elec City" by Godswillnwaoma(m): 7:17am On Jun 03, 2017 |
As most car producers are busy producing car that runs on electricity, very soon cars will no longer run on petrol which will automatically make crude oil to be useless. Then what will be our fate as a country that depends on crude oil for survival. It's better will start forgetting this oil now and diversify the economy because very soon, I repeat very soon crude oil will be like water. 40 Likes 1 Share |

imo state, my beloved state. The only state that can boast of 99% literecy rate. But we are so unfortunate in governance. Na bad bad leaders we dey get starting from udenwa, ohakim aka ikiri and this hausa thief called okorocha. I wonder when we will get a good leader like anambra state, i wish obiano is my governor. 25 Likes 2 Shares |
Education / Re: Rivers Pastor Builds House For Pupil Who Graduated As Best In His School by Godswillnwaoma(m): 10:22pm On May 31, 2017 |
I love this, I repeat, I love this. This pastor is doing exactly what i planned to do when I become rich. I will go to villages where people still live in mod house, demolish it and build a nice house for them. I hate and it irritates me to see people still living in mod house at this century. The demolition of the mod house will be called 'GOD'S WILL OPERATION NO MOD HOUSE' my God bless my hustle so that I will accomplish this. 11 Likes 1 Share |

Business / Re: 5 Things Smart People Know About Having Their Jobs by Godswillnwaoma(m): 10:19pm On Apr 06, 2017 |
i realised this early during my second year in the university,my first dream in life was to be a lecturer with the sole purpose of getting rich and wealthy in lecturing job. At time goes on i realised that those lecturers i sees everyday in my school are not so rich to the level i desire which make me realised that salary work will never make me rich and achieve my finacial dream,so after graduation i,m venturing into business no matter how small it will be and i belive that with dedication, perseverace and time i will surely get to top. Entreprenuership and business are the only way to finacial freedom and liberate someone from clutches of poverty. Salary work wil only sustain u and will never make u rich. My advice to my fellow young guys out there esp the graduates, please stop wasting your time hoping on white cola job that i think does not exist due to recession, find something and start doing no matter how small, start business, learn skill, look around and search for those needs people are lacking and find a suitable product that will satisfy those needs with that u are automatically a millionaire in a short time. Think smart, think big. Start something today because the best time to plant a seed was 10yrs ago and another best time is today. 13 Likes 1 Share |

Business / Things you must know about salary by Godswillnwaoma(m): 6:19pm On Apr 04, 2017 |
I saw this on facebook so i decided to share it here because it worth sharing. What is your Salary ? Please be Sincere … Sorry I am not interested in the amount but the type of salary. My friend, there are different type of salaries. You will not understand unless you read to the end There is no average income. The rich are becoming richer, while the poor are getting poorer. There is no middle class cos it has completely disappeared. Salary, is a specific amount of money that an employee is paid for work done. The big question is Which type do you earn? 1. *Onion Salary:* You grab it, you open it, and you cry. 2. *Storm Salary:* You don’t know when it’s coming or going. 3. *Menstrual Salary:* It comes once a month and lasts only four days. 4. *Magic Salary:* You touch it and it disappears. 5. *Amnesia Salary:* You can’t remember what you spent it on. 6. *Time Travelling Salary:* You spend it paying various debts even before you collect it. 7. Active Salary - Once you stop working, RESIDUAL INCOME - You work once, and it keeps paying you over and over and over again even AFTER you have stopped working. whether it's magic salary, amnesia salary or onion salary, it STOPS coming and your life becomes unbearable. Financial LITERARY is the tool needed to TRANSFORM your salary to a RESIDUAL INCOME, so you can create financial freedom and time freedom. ONLY YOUR INVESTMENT can keep you going even after all the onions, amnesty, traveling, active salaries have left you drenched. Research had it that the poorest groups of people in the world are Salary earners, next to beggars. They live in a vicious cycle of poverty managed on 30 days. Salary is continuously being awaited every month and any slight delay brings about heartbreaking anxiety, pressure and disappointment. Salary Is a short term solution to a life time problem. Salary alone cannot solve your money problems. You need multiple Sources of income to balance. The tax return form contains about 11 income streams, salary is just one. Don't live Your Life fishing with just one hook, there are many fishes in the ocean. Salary is the MEDICINE for managing POVERTY, not to CURE it. Only your BUSINESS or INVESTMENT Cures Poverty. Most investors are not salary earners. The difference between those beggars on the street and salary earners is one month salary. Truncate the flow of their salary for one month and you would realized majority belong to the lower class. If you divide your salary by the rate of exchange, you Will discover that you are poorer relative to when you started work. Or divide your salary per annum by 2,000 hours to know what your one hour is worth. If you do not have 3 months salary in savings, you are already poor. Being a salary earner is a mentality, break it! Your worth Is far more than your salary. Salary Is the value someone has put on your effort, How much do you value yourself? You can't increase in value, unless you VALUE yourself differently. Life Is a trade off between time, effort and reward. To be rewarded more, you have to become more valuable. Most salary earners end up poor in the long and short term. I therefore urge every one of us to be FINANCIALLY INTELLIGENT, FINANCIALLY LITERATE and TRAIN OUR EYES TO SEE OPPORTUNITIES IN PROBLEMS. Delve into entrepreneurship because Salary is a lifetime disappointment. Being a salary earner or investor is a décision. Life Will not change until you decide. Make the MOVE !!! #JustThinkAboutThis# 3 Likes |
