Yes, you re right. However, you can choose to stamp it at south Cyprus consulate in apapa. But I don't use to stamp my passport in all my travel to SC

Presently, at university of Cyprus, no scholarship for undergraduate degree. However, kindly check with European university south Cyprus. They are also a very good university and cheaper

And today, my medical change from passed to you didn't need medical. Should I go for Re-medical and PCC or wait?

This is the requirement for south Cyprus Visa

1. Original attested copy of Passport (Valid for at least 2 years).
2. Original attested copy of High School Leaving Certificate and Mark Sheet (transcript).
3. Original attested Police Clearance Certificate (6-month validity).
4. Original attested Bank Letter verifying that the student’s sponsor has sufficient funds to cover the tuition fees and
living expenses of the student while studying at the University (6-month validity). sponsor could be your father, mother, family or friends
5. Original attested Bank Statement with the minimum amount of first-year tuition (1-month validity).
6. Original attested sponsorship letter stating the sponsor’s relation to the student and his/her willingness to sponsor
the student for the living and tuition expense, where the sponsor(s) are parents. In the case that the sponsor is
someone else other than a parent, an original attested affidavit of sponsorship is required.
7. Original attested Blood Test results for HIV, syphilis, Hepatitis B, and C (4-month validity).
8. Original attested Chest X-Ray report for tuberculosis (4-month validity).
Please note: Validity periods start from the date a document is issued. They must still be valid at the date of
submission.

Follow the below steps to ensure you prepare your visa documents correctly:
1. Prepare and have issued all of the above-mentioned documents. Please note that for some documents you
will need to get copies attested, while for others you will need to attest the original document.
2. Take your academic documents to be attested at the Ministry of Education.
3. Take your Medical Documents to be attested at the Ministry of Health. no need, just do it at goverment hospital..
4. Take your bank documents to be attested at the Public Notary. Ikeja or any court.
5. Take a copy of your passport for verification at the Immigration Office. don't worry about this, no cyprus immigration office in Nigeria
6. Once the above attestations are complete, ALL documents need to be attested at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of your country. Abuja
7. Then finally, ALL documents need to be attested at the Cyprus Diplomatic Representation in your country. Apapa Lagos
NOTE: The Police Clearance Certificate, as well as medical documents, must be issued by a governmental authority
(i.e. medical documents must be issued by Federal/public hospitals and not by private hospitals or clinics).

South is an European country, while North is under turkey
North cannot come to South, but South can go to North
North uses USD or Turkey currency, but South uses Euro
South degree is a European standard (ECT)

Write a motivational letter
indicate in the letter that you need a scholarship

I did that and I got a scholarship from

University of Nicosia - 50%
Frederick University Lefkosia, South Cyprus - 50%
Neapolis University - 50%
University of Cyprus - 70%

Also 50% scholarship from the University of Romania

However, the University of Cyprus is the number ranking as of 2020, and also, when i checked the alumni on Linkedin. actually, they are the best among others.

for the ages, I think European union standard state that age below 18 would need to show known as parent consent inform of sign and authenticated letter

I have talked with one private university of Nicosia about studying for masters with HND, They said I can only qualify for bachelor top up, that my HND is best equivalent to a college degree.

That i cannot study masters with it.

Concerning studying are you saying that i should obtain a masters use the masters to apply for US masters too.

Option 1.. accept the top up offer( let me know the total cost and the school. if it's high I will try to look for a cheap one for you)
option 2. Convert your HND to Bsc equivalent through WES and apply for master direct from Nigeria
Option 3. get the MBA offer with a 70% scholarship and after your one year MBA, write SAT Or GRE and Procced to USA for PhD

Sir, please I want to get a information about my program of study as you advice in nairaland that it is only advisable to go for a public school where you can get a full or partial scholarship on your tuition fees.

The University of cyprus Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing department English master taught course is in advanced material and Nano technology, can I be admitted if I apply with HND and also be able to get a scholarship.
Can I also use it to study a PhD in Mechanical engineering for further studies in US or Germany or other beneficial EU, if otherwise, please hint me on a better ground of benefit.

Is it also likely that as a HND holder in mechanical engineering I can get the privilege to study oil and gas and energy engineering in University of UNIC with scholarship since it's a private university and is there any benefit for international job opportunities or further study in the US with the masters obtained.

The chance of you getting a scholarship with HND is low, please understand me. Am not discouraging you, we all know that our education system costs this.
For a job international job opportunity with your kind of courses! I would say yes yes yes yes. trust me, am taking from experience
But the only problem is you get a scholarship with HND here.

But with the MBA, scholarship is sure
or you could go to private, come over
while waiting for your residence permit
covert your HND to Bsc via WES
Write TOEFL
then start applying for a fully-funded scholarship in the US for masters study
get your residence permit
Apply for a US study visa via the US embassy here

Sending your document to university via DHL or UPS is like N25,000( University would be the one to get a visa for you)
Visa application fees and Medical insurance 105 euro
you would have to pay 550euro from your tuition fees before university give you a visa
Flight ticket around 300-400usd
when you get her
your student residence permit total cost would be around 300euro

For accomodation
try to rent shared apartment = 150euro montly
shared Wifi montly = 15euro
electricity = 20euro
water = 6euro
feeding ( when you cook yourself) = 25 euro

also, put your tuition fees outstanding in mind. so calculate all that I listed and add like 500euro on it for uncertainty
