Sure, you can. However, if it's your money. I will advice you to leave it until you get your visa. Should they request for new statement of account, which is not very common

If you have your complete tuition you can pay and apply for the school but Malta is not where you can work and raise your tuition balance as a student. Have your complete tuition or they send you money from Nigeria to pay it

The company did visa for me. But i refused to go because I got my PR to canada.

Why using agent. If could work hard and have 25m. Then you can find universities in Europe online yourself and apply.

It's all about decision, time and research.

For Germany, you only need 10k euro a block account.

Malta, they just need statement of account. The university will arrange everything for you.

Admission is not the issue. Please make a good research about visa application.

Well, it either you apply via france embassy in Abuja. Or you get Egypt visa, so as to travel to the Malta embassy in Egypt.

But the school is fine.

I sent my bank statement showing my proof of fund as I calculated it as per the exchange rate back then, but my documents got to the school on the 30th and on the 31st the exchange rate went high making my proof of fund not upto the required. I don't think my school has even submitted because I informed them about this and they said if need something they will let me know.

Honestly, I don't understand our obsession with this citizenship of a thing. See, if you live in Europe and work in a professional jobs, earning good pay, you would enjoy yourself well and still retain your original native citizenship without caring about being the citizen of your host nation.

Your children, who were all born there or migrated with you, will still grow and acquire the necessary skills for a successful careers in EU without still being a citizen of the host nation as long as you are doing well. Lots of foreigners are living and working in EU without being the citizen and still enjoying the best Life could offer.

For me o, enjoying my life still remains paramount. If I have the same job opportunities in Canada or Ireland or Holland, I will definitely choose Ireland and then Holland in that order. Europe is too connected and you could easily drive from one European city to the next and the quality of life is not bad with Clement weather. Just as some one mentioned, transportation and commuting in EU is the best. You don't need car to get by. Go to the airline website/Expedia/sky scanner, check flights from those countries and compare the fares to flights from Nigeria. Also, calculate how much it will cost you and your luggage from your location in Nigeria to those countries too.

Then do the maths.
