Good day fruitful people!

Pls, I need your candid advice.
I will be 5th week post myomectomy by tomorrow and my first period appeared today. I've been taking Serrapeptase for one week plus now but decided to give break until after my period. I intend to add chinese teas from two months post surgery. I was diagnosed of bilateral tubal blockages and multiple fibroids before going for the surgery. Though, I took different types of herbs to unblock the tubes but have not gone back for another HSG. My doctor instructed me to start trying after 3months. He prescribed clomid, vitamin b6 and omega H3 for me and prescribed proviron, vitamin e and omega H3 for my hubby. My hubby has been taking manix, oligocare, vit c, vit e, zinc and ubiquinol for few months now though he has not retested.
Please, I urgently need answers to these questions troubling my mind:
(1) What are the steps I'm going to take to help myself?
(2)When should I start taking prenatals to boost my chance?
(3)Should I consider taking pregnacare
conception this time?
(4) I have dhea, ubiquinol and royal jelly supplements, should I add them too to my regimen?
(5) Is clomid safe to take as soon as I want to start trying? Just scared of its negative effects.
(6) Is there any need to detox with herbs or fruits as this is my first period after myomectomy?

What I would advise is,in addition to whatever drugs,you are taking,do not underestimate the importance of drinking water, natural stuff like Vegetables,fruits. i.e cucumber,Okro.etc, eliminate sugary stuff from your diet and reduce your consumption of carbohydrates.

As for clomid,I have this phobia about it as regards fibroid regrowth,letrozole may just be okay but again if you do not want to self medicate,you can ask your gynae....

Pregnacare conception is good too,you can add it to your supplements.

It could be spotting,sign that your period is on its way ......

It's possible.However,when I miscarried at 21 weeks,my period didn't return till after 6 weeks.i also resumed bedding immediately and thought I was pregnant,even when I didn't see my period 4 weeks after the MC,I did a pregnancy test which was positive, although my gynae said it was still the pregnancy hormones that hadn't left...

I got a period after 6 weeks though..

However,it is still possible you are pregnant because I heard some people do not even get a period after miscarriage and they get pregnant immediately....

My wife just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl through VD. EDD 15/10. DD. 11/10
Once again I thank God. Being a first timer we spent more than 24 hours in the hospital before delivery. I pray for safe delivery to all others here.

Its a new week ,another week in this journey and also,a new day of getting close to our testimonies and carrying our bundles of joy.


I want to implore all mothers to rejoice in the Lord,while casting away all our sorrows and burdens unto the Lord for He cares for us.

Last week,I was so shattered,so embittered and almost entered into a state of depression,I couldn't even bring myself to pray but I realized that when there is life,there is hope,only the living can bear children....

I also learnt a couple of things in the past week,eating healthy.fruits and vegetables,cutting off carbohydrates as much as possible,sugary drinks and all should be eliminated,and most importantly,giving alms to the poor...


Sisters,I know this TTC thing can be draining financially,but no matter how little,let us endeavor to give alms to the poor,the Bible says that He who pities the poor lends to the Lord and the lord gives back that which was taken....so,this week,let us give to the poor,little children,those who we are better off and God in His infinite mercies will have mercy on us and give us joy that no man can take away from us ..we never know which act we do that touches the lord to bless us and reward us abundantly...


I know for sure that God will wipe all our tears and give us double,even triple for our trouble in Jesus mighty name...even our mockers will have no choice than to celebrate with us... Amen.

**Typical cycle length: 28-34days
**Tracking methods and app(s) used: Flo app,Watery discharge I felt was ovulation discharge.
**Relevant days of sex:Once everyday from cd12 and morning/night from cd 14-17
**Health conditions/medical tests: Low sperm count,Watery sperm and staphylococcus.Hvs also showed moderate growth of staphylococcus.
**Supplements and (yours and/or your partner’s): Vitamin E on cd1-10.m2tone on cd 20/21.I stopped because I wanted to start it the next cycle and not to disrupt my cycle.Antibiotics on cd 20-24.DH has been on manix,addyzoa,vitamin C,vitamin E,Folic acid,Zinc.He was on proviron but I made him stop it because of the mixed reviews about it.We both used infection herbs from an herb woman.My menstrual flow was scanty and brown before I started the herbs and it became normal while on it.
**Symptom spotting: This month I was very certain my period was going to come because of the cramps I was feeling and I kept holding pad everywhere I went to.Frequent urinating.
- [ ] Note: I attended 7 days vigil from September 1-7.September 19-22 I also attended 3 days vigil with white fasting infact I attended with my pad in my bag not knowing God has answered my prayers.
Also,On people saying relax your mind and your bfp will come.I could not relax my mind.I felt every twinge and and my stomach was tied In knots and was very anxious and I still got my bfp.I tried relaxing and removing my mind for the first few months but it did not work and I don’t think relaxing would have increased dh sperm count or motility.So I forgot relaxation and started test to know what was wrong.

Maybe you don't ovulate when you think you do. Or it's taking some time to work on your eggs so that you release good eggs.

I know it sometimes extend period date by a day or two which could be as result of the Vitamin B6 in it. I think about 10mg of Vit B6. B6 helps to extend your luthial phase to give your eggs/embryo enough time to reach it's destination/uterus. Which is a good thing

Do not stop b6 until you test negative to pregnancy. If positive do not stop until you are on progesterone tab/injection/cream. Talk to your doctor about taking progesterone tab or injection if you get pregnant while on vitamin b6.

Also, please take vitamin b6 with a multivitamin tab or b12.

Women take b6 as a natural way to lengthen luthial phase (time after ovulation, just before another period) just to give the egg enough time to implant or give enough time for conception. Some women luthial phase is as short as 6 days. These set of women may find it hard to conceive.

sorry to hear this my sis. it isn't easy because I've experienced it before. the most annoying thing is the period irregularity after the miscarriage but don't worry it'll correct itself with time mine wen from regular 28day to 48days but it corrected itself when I used VITEX. it the hormones that haven't balance.
I pray that God will give you the one that will stay with you. even the Bible said it NO MORE MISCARRIAGE INJN

Please I don't know if someone else who has gone through something similar can enlighten me.....
I have flushed my tubes after the miscarriage because my Doc felt I might have had an infection...and to prevent further delay

I also had serious v agina itching after the whole thing,that one just stopped..after I treated at the Pharmacy.

I have also used Clomid one cycle after the
miscarriage but due to my history with fibroid,I don't want to use it too much....

What else can I do Will appreciate your responses please...

Can HSG be repeated again after tubal flushing?

Here I am again,five months later,period not even regular again,ranging from 24-32 days interval

Can't even live again,I try as much as possible but 5 months later,still the same .......

Started trying immediately but here we are....

Would have put to bed by now.EDD September....


God,this is too much pains ......I do not deserve to go through all this....
