I am very sorry bro, you may never get the information you need because Nigerians behave like zombies. All they talk about is UK USA and Canada. No large scope at all. Every tom dick and Harry in Nigeria only know about this 3 countries only because that's what everyone is talking about now till restrictions starts happening.

I know of the max 6 months post study permit policy of the swiss government and I understand that this is enough to discourage a lot of people.

However, I am not going to play by that alone. I am trying to look into people's mind and gain from experience.

Switzerland of all countries. Except you plan coming back to Nigeria after studies, abort mission fast.

Thank you so much for your response.

Can you please shed some more light on your position?.

The reason for these types of comments is why I require more information. I have read a couple of such comments without a clear outline of why it's so.

I will appreciate your further response.

Thank you.

That Kigali is clean doesn't mean Rwanda is leaving anyone behind. Let us hear word abeg.

Abuja is clean like Kigali.

Outside Kigali, what is in Rwanda?

Thanks for this comment bo, but it doesn't show that you watched the video or at least understood the content.

That Kigali is one of the cleanest cities in Africa is a plus to Rwanda, and that is in addition to the indexes listed in the video.

I think I agree with you. There is a trajectory of development in almost all sectors in the Country.

A good point is this, a country that has a pathway to development and follows it religiously is alsmots assured of success.

Rwanda is a single city-state. They are just trying to pull above their weight nothing much.

Good comment, but are you in any way impressed by their development?
Foreign Affairs / Is Rwanda Leaving Other AFRICAN COUNTRIES BEHIND? by GoHost: 2:48pm On Mar 16, 2021
Rwanda's impressive development and growth in the areas of Infrastructure, Human Capital Development, and GDP has been noticed by all, but not everyone understands the reason for this growth.

Rwanda is a hilly country with fertile soil and has a densely packed population of about 12.5 million people (as of 2018).

Its neighboUrs by boundary include the far larger Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Uganda, and Burundi.

Rising from the ruins of the Rwandan Genocide in which about 800,000 Rwandans were killed within 100 days, the Country has embraced new economic development strategies.

One of these was the Vision 2020 programme designed to transform Rwanda into a knowledge-based middle-income country by 2020.

One of the goals of Vision 2020 is to create enabling environment for the private sector to thrive and this has seen its economy growing at about 7% every year making it one of Africa's fastest-growing economies.

Yes she can. The question is whether she has any work experience within the last ten years.

She can conveniently claim her three years from the facts you provided .

Hello Canadian. My brother wants to send d lump sum of money to my account as POF but I feel it might raise queries from the VO. I have not done my IELTS yet but I'm looking forward to doing that. My question is do I tell him to send the money every month or send d lump sum and do a gift deed.

Hello. Two things here.

If he sends the lump sum to your account, he can prepare a deed of gift to cover same but if you decide to go with the other option and the money wouldn't have been in your account for six months when you apply, then you will only need to write an LOE to explain the source. (As the monthly payment would create the impression that it is some money earned or some entitlement).

Major point is, if the money would have been laying in your account for 6 months by the time you apply, a bank statement showing same will suffice as the proof of funds.

Family / Re: Culture Vs Legal Law: Who Owns The Child??? by GoHost: 7:29am On Nov 24, 2017
category:
There is no law here. Law is based on evidence. On what ground are you (biological father) claiming the child.
1) You had earlier denied responsibility for the pregnancy
2) You paid now dowry
3) There was no registration of marriage (marriage registry)
However, the foster father took responsibility of the pregnancy (even though he was nos responsible), paid the dowry and i suppose, also married the lady properly (registry/church).
Remember that in extreme circumstances, in some marriages, a man may agree for another man to father his own children (that can be a contract).
So whosoever consummated a proper marriage is the father of the child.

Disclaimer
My opinion though!!!

HAAA!.
Family / Re: Culture Vs Legal Law: Who Owns The Child??? by GoHost: 7:08am On Nov 24, 2017
The law will not allow a custom or tradition that is repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience to prevail.

Though the guy was wrong to have denied his child, the law will not grant paternity to another person because of that. At best, the Court will not grant "Custody" of the child to him because he has acted irresponsibly, and cannot be guaranteed to have the "best interest of the child ".

Be informed, that the Court has ruled in several cases that "a tradition that gives to another man a child that is not his is repugnant to natural justice "

If it gets to trial, there is this rebuttable presumption that the child birthed during the pendency of a marriage is the "child of the marriage" (with exceptions though). Once that presumption is challenged, there will be a visit to the Lab for DNA test.

However, since the argument ain't between two men claiming to have impregnated the lady, paternity is in fact not in issue here. I do not see a "NIGERIAN" Court granting paternity to another man cause the real father bailed.

But the child sef go gree acknowledge that type of father?
