The crimes they are being charged with have nothing to do with his age. Even if he is proven not to be 15, the charges will not go away.

The law you just quoted is no longer applicable since 2004. The fundamental principle of the Human Tissue Act of 2004 is consent. Anyone can be a living donor in the UK
