HIS EXTRAORDINARY LIFE

📖 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen (John 21:25).

The life of Jesus was an unending stream of the miraculous and the supernatural. It was an extraordinary life, marked by countless acts of divine power and compassion. The Bible provides us with a glimpse of this remarkable life.

John 20:30-31, for example, tells us, “And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” The purpose of the recorded miracles is clear: to inspire faith in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God, and to bring life to those who believe in His Name.

Yet, what we read in the Scriptures is only a fraction of what Jesus accomplished. John further explains, “Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written” (John 21:25 NIV). This statement conveys the limitless nature of His divine ministry. The Word of God does not exaggerate.

The sheer magnitude of His miraculous works, signs and wonders was beyond human documentation. His presence on earth was characterized by countless miracles, healings, teachings and demonstrations of the divine power of God. The life of Jesus remains unparalleled, a testimony to His deity and the limitless expression of God's love and power through Him.

Dear Father, thank you for revealing to me the extraordinary life of Jesus. His life on earth was a testimony of your divine nature and power. I acknowledge His deity and celebrate His works that continue to inspire faith and transform lives even today, for He’s indeed the same yesterday, today, and forever. I walk in the reality of His divine life, manifesting His glory and power today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*IT’S ALL IN YOU*

*_📖 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue_ (2 Peter 1:3).*

The Lord is wonderful. Think about all that He’s made us and given to us in Christ Jesus! Our opening scripture says He’s given us everything that pertains to life and godliness. That means everything you require to live triumphantly, in absolute dominion over circumstances, in health, prosperity and peace is all in you.

This simply means that the quality of your life is not in the money you have, for all the money you’ll ever have is inside you. All the cars you’d ever drive, the clothes, houses, and everything you’d ever own and enjoy in this life is inside you. Ephesians 3:20 says, *_“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”_*

The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 3:11, *_“He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart....”_* The NIV says, *_“...He has also set eternity in the human heart....”_* If eternity is in your heart, then everything you need is in your heart, waiting to be released through your faith and actions. The quality of your life is in your heart.

This helps us understand the words of the Master in Luke 6:45, *_“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”_* He shows us where good and evil things come from: your heart. He also shows us how they come —from your words.

God, in Christ Jesus, has placed everything you need inside you. You’re like a seed, fully equipped with everything you need to become a fruit, a plantation, and a forest. But you must grow in the knowledge of God’s Word and speak accordingly: *_“Which things also we speak...”_* (1 Corinthians 2:13). That’s how you activate what God has deposited in your spirit.

*PRAYER*

*_Dear Father, thank you for the revelation of your Word. I recognize that everything I require for life and godliness is already inside me. Therefore, I function from this vantage position of knowledge and strength as I chart my course in prosperity, victories and divine health, manifesting your righteousness, excellence and glory in all that I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._*

YOUR DIVINE IDENTITY

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law (Galatians 5:22-23).

In Luke 6:44, the Lord Jesus made this remarkable statement: “For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.” In other words, when you see a tree that produces oranges, you call it an orange tree, or mangoes, a mango tree, as the case may be. The tree is identified by the fruit it produces.

Now, let’s apply this to our opening scripture that talks about the fruits of the recreated human spirit. The first fruit listed is love. That means you’re a love tree, because you produce love fruit; love is a fruit of your spirit. Another fruit of your recreated spirit is joy; you produce joy fruit, and what does that make you? It means your name is Joy.

Then there’s peace; since you produce peace fruit, that means you’re Peace. Longsuffering means patience, so your name is Patience because patience is a fruit of your spirit. So, never say “I’m not a very patient person.” You’re patient. Gentleness is another fruit; so, your name is Gentleness.

Also, goodness; your name is Goodness. Then there’s faith, meekness, and temperance. These are all fruits of your spirit; they describe who you are. Praise God! Furthermore, Ephesians 1:17 shows another beautiful description of your divine identity by referring to our heavenly Father as “…the Father of glory...." If your Father is the Father of Glory, then who are you? It means your name is Glory. You’re the glory of God. Blessed be God!

PRAYER / CONFESSION

I bear the fruits of righteousness, and I walk in the glory of God, manifesting love, joy, peace and all the virtues of the recreated human spirit. My life is an expression of God’s divine nature, and I walk in the consciousness of who I am in Christ, radiating divine excellence, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*SEE FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOP*

_*If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth (Colossians 3:1-2).*_

The Word of God gives us clear instructions as to how to live, the mindset we should have, and what our outlook on life should be. Take for example what we just read in our opening scripture. The Lord is telling you to focus on heavenly things and not on earthly things. Have a mountain-top view.

It brings to mind something remarkable that the Lord told me many years ago; He said, *“Son, see from the mountaintop.”* The interesting thing is, I didn’t even realize I was on the mountaintop until He told me. You see, it's not something you feel physically or emotionally.

I know that some Christians say they are *“journeying”* and trying to get to the mountaintop. But being born again, you’re on the mountaintop. You’re risen with Christ; seated together with Him, far above principalities and powers. Therefore, see from there. Live from there. It’s the best view. Hallelujah!

From the mountaintop, you see things clearly. Your perspective is elevated. You’re above the distractions and limitations of the world. You see from a higher realm, the realm of the Spirit, where it's only victory, strength, health, prosperity and unending progress.

Ponder again what we read in Colossians 3:2, *“Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”* Your thoughts, desires, focus and devotion should be directed towards heavenly realities, not earthly distractions. Align your mind with the heavenly perspective and live victoriously every day.

*PRAYER*

Dear Father, I thank you for raising me up with Christ to live and see from the mountaintop. My affection is set on heavenly things, and my vision is clear and focused; I live above the distractions and limitations of this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

_*📖It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor) (2 Corinthians 5:19 AMPC).*_

In Luke 19:10, the Lord Jesus said, _*“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”*_ He accomplished this mission and returned to heaven, but He entrusted us with the same responsibility. Just as the Father sent Him, He also sent us: _*“...as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you”*_ (John 20:21). Now, we’re the ones to seek and save the lost. This is our calling; we’re soul winners, reconciling men to God.

In your city, think like this: “The son of man has come to seek and to save those who are lost.” Everywhere you go, you arrive with this purpose. Whether on a bus, in an airplane, or in a marketplace, you’re there to seek and save the lost—to bring salvation to someone who needs it. This is your mission.

In 2 Corinthians 5:19, the Scripture says, _*“To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.”*_ This is powerful! God, the Chief Reconciler, was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. But He continues this work through you. Today, God is in you, reconciling the world to Himself.

And like Him, we don’t count people’s trespasses against them. We’re imitators of God; we copy Him as well-beloved children imitate their father (Ephesians 5:1-2). Furthermore, He has committed to us the word or message of reconciliation. Therefore, keep proclaiming the Good News of salvation, bringing men and women out of darkness into the glorious liberty of the children of God. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for entrusting me with the ministry of reconciliation; I walk in this calling, seeking and saving the lost, just as the Lord Jesus did. I walk in love and refuse to count offences against others. I am your vessel, bringing your message of reconciliation to all I encounter, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*A SPECIAL RIGHTEOUSNESS FROM GOD*

_*📖But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe… (Romans 3:21-22).*_

Hebrews 9:11-15 tells us something remarkable about our Lord Jesus Christ. In verses thirteen to fourteen, it contradistinguishes between the blood of animals that were killed for the atonement of sins in the Old Testament and the blood of Jesus Christ. It says, _*“For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?”*_ (Hebrews 9:13-14).

It continues in the 15th verse, _*“And for this cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."*_ In other words, for all the errors that were committed under the Old Testament, the blood of Jesus was also for their purification. Even though bulls and goats were slain for them year after year, it covered but didn’t take away their sins. But the blood of Jesus washed away all sins. Hallelujah!

No wonder Paul says in Romans 3:21-22 that a righteousness from God has been revealed. This new and special kind of righteousness is given in Christ. Not even Abraham had this special righteousness, even though righteousness was imputed to him. The Bible says, _*“For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness”*_ (Romans 4:3).

The righteousness that we have been given in Christ Jesus is much more. Romans 5:1 says, _*“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”*_ What does it mean to be justified? It means to be declared not guilty. This is much more than being forgiven or our sins being wiped away. Rather, it means we never sinned. We couldn’t be charged with sin because of what Jesus accomplished for us.

The Bible says it was just (righteous) for God to do this: _*“To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus”*_ (Romans 3:26). This special righteousness from God is by the faith of Jesus Christ; it’s the result of His death, burial, and resurrection. And according to Romans 3:22, it’s for everyone and upon everyone who believes in His finished works. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for granting me the righteousness which is by the faith of Jesus Christ. I rejoice in the glorious truth that I am justified, not by my works, but by your grace. I walk in the reality of this righteousness, free from condemnation, and fully conscious of my divine nature in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

IT MATTERS TO GOD

📖 And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother for glory and for beauty (Exodus 28:2).

The Lord is wonderful; everything about Him drips glory, beauty, splendour, excellence, and imperial majesty. Consider the instruction He gave to Moses concerning Aaron’s garments—what the priest should wear to minister to Him—special garments for glory and for beauty. He didn’t want Aaron appearing before Him in tatters or like an ordinary man. He had to be excellently dressed.

Even those to make the garments had to be filled with the Spirit of wisdom; they had to be anointed: “And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office” (Exodus 28:3). This tells us something about God: He cares about how you dress and what you wear. He also cares about who the “designers” or tailors of your outfits are.

As a Christian, you can’t just wear anything designed by just anyone. You might ask, “Does it really matter?” It sure does! It matters to God. Read again what He said to Moses about those to make the priest’s garment. You’re a priest; Revelation 1:6 says He has “…made us kings and priests unto God and his Father….” So, ensure your tailors or designers aren’t those with antichrist tendencies who hate the Church. This is important if you must continue to patronize them. Read again what God said, “And thou shall make holy garments for Aaron...” (Exodus 28:2). What does He mean by holy garments? It means consecrated garments. And it’ll take only those who are consecrated to produce something that’s consecrated.

Take this seriously; always dress decently and excellently, knowing that you represent God and His Kingdom. You may say, “It’s the spirit that matters; I can wear what I like on my body.” Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; remember that. Yes, it’s the spirit that matters, but the spirit is clothed! Therefore, dress well. Dress neatly. Dressing decently doesn’t mean you must wear expensive things, for it doesn’t have to be expensive to be good, and that’s a fact.

Dear Father, I thank you for the excellence and glory you’ve bestowed upon me as your priest and king. I walk in your wisdom, dressing in a manner that reflects your decency. I yield myself to the Holy Spirit, ensuring that every detail of my life, including my appearance, brings honour to you. I manifest your beauty and excellence in all that I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*GOD’S IDEA FOR YOUR PROSPERITY*

_*📖And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work (2 Corinthians 9:.*_

When you align your life with God’s instructions, for example, in the area of finances, one of the immediate blessings you’re likely to observe is that your expenditure keeps getting lower. It’s another facet of God’s blessing. He doesn’t just bless you by increasing your income, He also blesses you by reducing your expenditure. Why is that so?

It’s part of the result of the grace of God at work in your life; recall what we read in our opening scripture. Furthermore, He also made provision to keep the devourer away from you: _*“...I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts"*_ (Malachi 3:11).

The devourer is Satan or whatever he uses to consume or eat away your resources and your finances. Examples are damages, repairs and losses leading to high cost of maintenance. The Bible says, _*“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it”*_ (Proverbs 10:22).

God won’t bless you and then have you toil, struggle and spend so much to keep or maintain what He’s given you. His idea for your prosperity is addition or multiplication and abundance, not replacements. But you must act on His Word. He instructs you to bring your tithes, offerings and oblations and challenges you to prove Him. He says not only will you receive an abundance, the devourer will have no access to what belongs to you. In other words, you won’t have a car that constantly needs repairs. You’ll suffer no damage or losses requiring costly fixes.

Consider yourself so blessed that everything that comes to you works perfectly, lasts long and serves its purpose. Just as you’re God’s excellent handiwork, fashioned for good works, He has also ordained for your possessions to last, your resources to be preserved, and your finances to be supernaturally sustained. This is your reality in Christ. The key is speaking and doing His Word.

*CONFESSION*

*The devourer has no place in my life, my finances, or my possessions, because I’m a doer of the Word. I walk in supernatural prosperity, where my income increases and my expenditure is divinely reduced. I live in perpetual abundance, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*SPEAK BOLDLY OF YOUR ONENESS WITH HIM*

*_I and my Father are one (John 10:30)._*

In John 10:32-38 we read about the Lord Jesus and the scepticism of the Jewish leaders as they accused Him of blasphemy, seeking an opportunity to arrest Him. Verse 39 says, “Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand” (John 10:39).

Now, notice the latter portion that says “he escaped out of their hand.” Some have said He escaped out of fear; that’s not true, because He didn’t have it in Him to fear. Remember, He faced death and refused to avoid it even when He had the chance. He escaped on this occasion because it wasn’t the appointed time for His sacrifice.

If He had allowed them to harm Him, the Father would have intervened, and they would have been destroyed. Jesus knew this. He said in Matthew 26:53, "Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?" This was the Son of God, fully aware of His authority and the power of angels at His command.

Consider Elisha and his servant when they were surrounded by an army. The servant was afraid, but Elisha told him, "...Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them." And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha" (2 Kings 6:16-17).

If that happened with Elisha, then think about the Lord Jesus. He knew He had myriads of angels with Him. His actions were purposeful, demonstrating that He was always in control. Even under pressure, He maintained His focus on fulfilling the will of the Father, showing us the perfect example of courage and confidence in God’s plan.

This same Jesus lives in us today by His Spirit, and His boldness is ours. Like Him, you must trust the Father completely, walking in the assurance of His love, power, and perfect purpose for your life. Psalm 118:6 says, "The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?"

Furthermore, the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 1:7 reinforces this truth: "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." Hallelujah! So be bold in affirming who you are in Christ and your oneness with Him. That was what got the Jews mad; their religious minds couldn’t accept or relate with the audacity and conviction with which Jesus spoke of His oneness with the Father. And we’re just like Him.

*PRAYER / CONFESSION*

I walk in the boldness and courage of Christ; fear has no place in me. I’m bold, courageous, daring and audacious in affirming my oneness with the Lord. I live boldly in Him, full of faith and confidence in His divine protection, guidance and plan for my life. And I thank the Lord for the victory I have in Christ Jesus. Amen.

*GROW FASTER THAN INFLATION*

_*📖Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).*_

Inflation has been a topic of discourse for a long time. Despite fluctuating economic conditions, the conversation surrounding its impact on daily life remains prevalent. Many individuals express concern over rising prices and the increasing cost of living. But my response to these complaints has always been the same: "Have you ever heard the government make an announcement saying, 'Everything is cheaper now than ever before'?"

Thus, the narrative has never changed. Prices will always rise, and challenges will escalate, but as a child of God, you’re the blessed seed of Abraham. You weren’t called to inherit or be a part of the hardship or curse of the land; rather, you were called to inherit the blessing (1 Peter 3:9).

What God’s people need is to know the Word, for in it, you’ll discover that we grow faster than inflation. Take a look at the story of Isaac in Genesis 26; the Bible records that there was a severe famine in the land, similar to the famine that had occurred during Abraham's time.

Isaac initially intended to move to Egypt to escape the famine; however, God instructed him to stay in Gerar. Instead of succumbing to fear or despair, Isaac obeyed God and remained in the land. While in Gerar, Isaac sowed and reaped a hundredfold harvest in the same year, because the Lord blessed him.

Isaac became very wealthy. He amassed flocks, herds and servants (Genesis 26:12-14). His prosperity was so notable that the Philistines envied him. This is your heritage; you’re to live above and beyond inflation, recession and poverty, walking in your inheritance as the seed of Abraham.

Never be overwhelmed by economic downturns or meltdowns; rather, always declare that your prosperity is of God. You’re not subject to the same limitations as the people of the world; the Lord has set you apart, and as you act on His Word, you’ll live in the reality of His blessings. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for choosing me to inherit a blessing and for empowering me to rise above the challenges of this world. I grow faster than inflation and every limitation in the natural world. Through your Word, I live in abundance and walk in the full blessing of the Gospel of Christ. My life is a testimony of your divine provisions and grace, and I shine as a beacon of hope in my world, in Jesus' Name. Amen.*

Greetings everyone

I drive a 2009 Honda Civic and I’ve only used it about four times over the past month and a half due to frequent travel. Lately, I’ve been experiencing a starting issue — the car won’t start unless I jump-start it using my neighbor’s battery. Even after driving it for several hours, once I park it overnight, it still won’t start the next morning.

I’m unsure if the battery is completely dead and needs to be replaced, or if there might be another underlying issue. If it’s likely a battery problem, I’d appreciate any recommendations on a good replacement battery to buy, including price if possible.

I used to have this issue. It was an electrical problem. The light in the window switch was always on, even after engine is turned off. So, by morning, the battery is drained. So, i used to then remove battery head after parking at home for the day. Eventually, i got a good electrician who traced the issue and fixed it.

Get a good electrician to check your components. ..because, you might buy another battery and the situation persists.

_*📖Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12).*_

In the verse of scripture above, we observe that the Spirit of God, through Epaphras, was praying for the church in Colossae to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. He wanted them to grow in their relationship with Christ and be fully mature. He used the word “complete,” which is from the Greek “plēroo”, and it means to be full or to be fully loaded.

So, you’re to be replete or fully loaded with all the will of God. This is God’s plan for your life. Hallelujah! That means you’re never in doubt or confused as to the will of God concerning anything, because you’re replete or fully loaded with the knowledge of His will. It reminds of another prayer of the Spirit in Colossians 1:9, _*“For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.”*_ Blessed be God!

Is this possible in the earth, for us to be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding? Emphatically yes! It’s the Spirit’s desire for all God’s children. So what are you supposed to do? You say, “Yes! That’s my life; that’s my confession; I’m replete, perfect, and complete in all the will of God. I’m filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding." Make this your constant confession.

Remember, the way to activate the power of God’s Word in your life is to respond; you acknowledge His truths and speak accordingly. Philemon 1:6 says, _*“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”*_

The communication of your faith—that is, the way you live out and share your Christian faith—becomes effective, productive and powerful when you acknowledge every good thing that is in you in Christ Jesus. One of these good things is that you’re replete with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Hallelujah!

*Dear Father, thank you for making me complete in Christ Jesus. I acknowledge every good thing that you have deposited and placed in me in Christ Jesus. I’m fully loaded with your grace, power, and wisdom; replete with health, strength, prosperity, and victory. I’m filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*THE DIVINE RECIPE FOR GOOD SUCCESS*

_*📖Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (1 Timothy 4:15).*_

In life, there’s success, and then there’s good success. Good success is God’s will for you, and it has a key recipe: meditating on the Word! God said in Joshua 1:8, _*"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."*_

The instruction is clear: keep the Word in your mouth, meditate on it constantly, so that you may act on it. This is the divine recipe for good success and prosperity. Notice that the scripture doesn’t say God will make your way prosperous; it says you will make your way prosperous as a result of doing the Word—acting on what you meditate upon day and night.

The Amplified Classic (AMPC) puts it this way: _*"This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success."*_ The Word of God in your mouth and heart, coupled with consistent action, produces wisdom, prosperity and good success.

When I discovered this as a young teenager, it settled everything for me. I knew I was destined for success because I found the principle that produces it. I even declared to my classmates that I was going to be very successful. Why? I could see it in the Word. God already showed me what to do, and I was going to act on it.

At such a young age, I held "Success in Life Seminars,” teaching these principles to others. I had seen the truth in God's Word and I knew it worked. Even now, the principle remains the same: meditate on the Word; act on it, and good success, not just success, will be the inevitable result. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, I thank you for the light of your Word that illuminates my path and teaches me the principles for a successful life. I make my way prosperous and deal wisely in all my affairs because your Word is in my heart and in my mouth always. Thank you for the assurance of good success in all I do, in Jesus' Name. Amen.*

*SPEAKING MYSTERIES IN THE SPIRIT*

_*📖For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries (1 Corinthians 14:2).*_

Did you know that when you speak in tongues, you speak mysteries? These mysteries could be about your health, job, family, or even future decisions. However, these mysteries are not understood by the human mind. This is why the gift of interpretation of tongues is necessary. With the gift of interpretation, you can understand these mysteries and know exactly what you're saying.

Regrettably, many Christians haven’t fully grasped the power or essence of speaking in tongues and as a result, they see no need for interpretation of these mysteries. If you want to know something about your health, for instance, you can speak in tongues. When you do, you're speaking mysteries, and when you interpret those tongues, you will understand what the Spirit is revealing to you.

We're not supposed to be in the dark about anything in life. We speak mysteries, and the Holy Spirit helps us to interpret them. 1 Corinthians 2:6-11 says, _*“Howbeit we speak…the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory…For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”*_

Why is this significant? It’s because when you speak in tongues with interpretation, it equals prophecy. So, we're either bringing forth the wisdom of God in mysteries through prophetic revelation, or it's coming to us in tongues that we can interpret. Is it about your school, an imminent trip, or about your children? Is it about your finances, your work, your business, or are you planning to move to a new home and want to know the will of God? Pray in tongues and you will speak forth the mysteries. You can know the will of God concerning various aspects of life by speaking in tongues.

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, I thank you for the blessing of speaking in tongues and uttering mysteries with the Holy Spirit granting me understanding of your divine will for my life. I receive supernatural wisdom for every situation and circumstance, and I declare that the power of the Spirit is at work in me, bringing about health, strength and prosperity, in Jesus' Name. Amen.*

*THE WATCHMAN’S MANDATE*

Tuesday, April 8th .

_*📖I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence, And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth (Isaiah 62:6-7).*_

Notice something profound the Lord did for Israel as read in our opening scripture: He appointed watchmen over Jerusalem. These were intercessors, praying tirelessly for the fulfilment of God’s will. Their role was to persist in prayer until Jerusalem became a praise in the earth.

This is a striking picture of the spiritual responsibility we bear today as God’s people; we’re His king-priests. We’re watchmen—entrusted with the divine mandate to watch and pray. The Lord Jesus Himself emphasized this when He was with His disciples before His arrest. He took Peter, James and John and shared His heart with them, saying, _*“...My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me”*_ (Matthew 26:38). He needed them to join Him in watching and praying, but they fell asleep.

When Jesus returned and found them sleeping, He said, _*“...could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation...”*_ (Matthew 26:40-41). He expected them to be vigilant in prayer during such a crucial time, yet they were unavailable. This teaches us an important lesson: as watchmen, we must remain spiritually alert and persistent in prayer.

Isaiah 62:7 instructs us to _*“...give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”*_ Ezekiel 3:17 also highlights our responsibility as watchmen: _*“Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.”*_

This is our office—we’re called to stand in the gap and intercede for the fulfilment of God’s purposes on earth. Hallelujah! So never be casual with your times of prayer. The Bible says to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working (James 5:16).

*PRAYER*

*Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of being a watchman. I declare that my spiritual eyes are open, and I am vigilant in prayer, interceding for your will to be done here on earth. I’m strengthened to fulfil this responsibility faithfully, by the power of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

AN UNCONDITIONAL INSTRUCTION

📖Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee (Exodus 20:12).

The Word of God provides clear instructions about the relationship between children and their parents. The apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:1-3 (AMPC) highlights the importance of children obeying and honouring their parents: “CHILDREN, OBEY your parents in the Lord [as His representatives], for this is just and right. Honour (esteem and value as precious) your father and your mother--this is the first commandment with a promise-- That all may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth.”

When you dishonour your parents, it affects your life negatively. Success may come, but it can be fleeting, with cycles of ups and downs, losses, and instability. It’s one of the reasons some people experience unexplainable instability, setbacks, and even premature death.

So, do what the Word says; honour your parents or those who may be standing in that role over you. When you do, the result is clear: “It shall be well with you in life.” Honouring your parents isn’t just about your actions, but also about your attitude. The way you speak to them matters. You must treat them with utmost regard and respect.

Furthermore, observe that God didn’t add any condition to you honouring your parents. He didn’t say, “Honour your father and mother if they treat you well”; no! Their status as your parents is enough qualification for them to be honoured. It makes no difference what issues or challenges they may have; they’re your parents, and you’re obligated to honour them.

If your mother or father is unwell or living in poor conditions, do something about it; show care. Others may disregard them, but they’re your parents, not theirs. You might say, “My parents were very mean to me and didn’t give me the right love and care as a child; therefore, I don’t feel I should honour them.” Well, they’re still your parents, and you have a duty to respect and honour them regardless. You have to do what the Word says.

No matter how much you speak in tongues or demonstrate spiritual fervour, it can’t replace this biblical principle. God’s Word is consistent, and honouring your parents is a divine instruction that brings blessings and ensures your journey in life is pleasant—upward and forward. Hallelujah!

Dear Father, thank you for teaching me the importance of honouring my parents and those you’ve placed to watch over me in the Lord. I show them the respect and regard they deserve; thus, my path in life is one of success and victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

_*📖For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10).*_

What does it mean to believe with the heart? The Apostle Paul wasn’t referring to the physical heart, the organ that pumps blood in your body. He's talking about your spirit. Your heart is your spirit—your innermost being.

You believe with your heart, not with your mind or your brain. This is why many people who try to reason God out with their minds can’t find Him. God doesn’t appeal to your senses; He is real to your spirit. The mind doesn’t have the capacity to figure out spiritual matters. It is the human spirit that understands these things.

When a man’s spirit is dead to God, the things of God will seem foolish to him. No wonder the Lord Jesus said in John 3:3, _*"...Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."*_ This means he cannot see the realities of the Kingdom of God nor can he know God. But when you’re born again, it’s different. Even when your brain is unable to figure something out, you can still believe it with your spirit.

Think about the virgin birth of Jesus Christ: Mary, a virgin, gave birth to a baby. There’s no science that can explain that. How about Jesus dying, being buried for three days, and then rising from the dead? The natural human mind can’t explain it. But we believe it, because with the heart man believes, not with the mind.

The human spirit has the capacity to believe even that which it can’t explain or understand. It’s the reason some say that as Christians we’ve been brainwashed. No! We weren’t brainwashed; we were “heart-washed!” God gave us a new heart, a believing heart. Someone says, “I only believe what I see!” That doesn’t make sense because why would you need to believe what you can already see?

_*“...Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”*_ (Hebrews 11:1). Faith is of the heart and not the senses. When you believe, your spirit takes a hold of divine truths that your mind cannot grasp. Hallelujah!

*Dear Father, thank you for the gift of faith that works from my spirit. I believe and embrace your Word with my heart, taking hold of every divine truth, and it transforms my life. My spirit is alive to you, and I walk in your glory and righteousness today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

THE FOUNDATION OF TRUE CHRISTIANITY

📖All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16 NIV).

Just because certain people have chosen a particular kind of Christianity that’s not based on the Scriptures and have decided that it represents Christianity, doesn’t mean that what they are practicing is Christianity at all. True Christianity is based on the Bible—the Word of God.

Our opening scripture says, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16). Every Christian believes, accepts, confesses, endorses and proclaims that the Bible is absolutely true and it’s the final arbiter concerning everything in life. Otherwise, such a person isn’t a Christian.

Also, the Christian accepts that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that means He’s God in the flesh: "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth" (John 1:14). Plus that, the Christian acknowledges that Jesus died as our Saviour: "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:.

The Christian confesses that Jesus was raised from the dead and professes that He is alive today: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9). Revelation 1:18, "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."

So it makes no difference for how long you’ve professed to be a Christian or the title by which you’re addressed; if you don’t accept, believe, and confess these truths, you’re not a Christian according to the Bible. This is the beginning of the definition of who a Christian is. Why is this so important?

It’s because the transcendent life in Christ that the Bible talks about is only available to those who believe. Believing involves two essential components: accepting the truthfulness of something and confessing it, while acting accordingly. Without these, belief is incomplete. Praise God.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the light of your Word that defines and directs my life. I believe, accept, confess, and proclaim the absolute truth of the Scriptures. I boldly affirm that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, died as my Saviour, was raised from the dead, and now, lives in my heart by His Spirit. I live by these truths, walking in the full blessings of your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*GLORIOUSLY STRENGTHENED FROM WITHIN*

_*📖For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:14-16).*_

The portion of Scripture in Ephesians 3:14-21 is one of the most profound and climactic revelations given to Paul by the Holy Spirit. It unveils the prayer of the Spirit, which is the will of the Father for every Christian. Notice the 16th verse; Paul prays that God would _*“...grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.”*_ He wants you gloriously strengthened on the inside.

Why does God want you strengthened from within? Why does He want to make you strong on the inside? It’s against what’s on the outside! Remember what He said in 1 John 4:4, _*“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”*_ The focus is on who’s inside you and the power at work in you. He’s talking about you being supernaturally strengthened on the inside by His miracle-working ability.

Consider the example of John the Baptist, whom the scripture says was filled with the Holy Ghost from his mother’s womb, unlike any other prophet. Luke 1:80 tells us, _*“And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit....”*_ This is definitely not a description of the outward man but of the inner man. And because of the life John the Baptist was going to live, the forces he was going to encounter, and the ministry God had given him, he needed to be made strong in spirit.

It’s the same today; this prayer of the Spirit is evidently the will of the Father for us, because it’s the inspired prayer for the Church such that none of us should be weak, fearful or timid. No! Irrespective of your physical frame, you’re strong inside. This is God’s desire, dream, and plan for you. Therefore, every so often, declare, “I’m gloriously strengthened and constantly invigorated by the Holy Spirit who dwells in me. He gives me supernatural power, the miracle-working ability to do all things; there’s no weakness in me." Make this your habitual confession and see the magnitude of what will happen in your spirit, life and circumstances.

*Dear Father, thank you for granting me, according to the riches of your glory, to be strengthened with might by your Spirit in my inner man. I am empowered to face every challenge, fulfil my divine calling and walk in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel. Theme: *The Will And Nature Of The Father*


*Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high* (Hebrews 1:3).

To understand what sin is, you must first understand the nature of God and His righteousness. God is holy and absolutely righteous. His nature is righteousness. His nature of righteousness distinguishes Him as perfect, infallible, inerrant, just, and good.

God reveals and demonstrates His righteousness to man through His words and acts of love. Sin, therefore, as taught by Jesus, is any act or deliberate thought that contravenes His righteousness as revealed in the Scriptures.

Good or evil, right or wrong, are judged by the very nature of God. You can’t tell what is good or evil, right or wrong, except by the nature of God. That’s why judgment cannot be left to society, as it constantly changes. For instance, society may claim that certain lifestyles or practices are right. But their conscience tells them it’s wrong, yet they attempt to suppress that voice. The conscience is the voice of the human spirit, and when they ignore it, they carry a burdened and dirty conscience for a long time. Some, sadly, even die in that state.

The nature of God is the standard for judging good or evil, right or wrong. To express righteousness and goodness, God reveals His nature and will to men. Therefore, righteousness is the expression of the will and nature of the Father. This simple yet extraordinarily profound definition encapsulates all the other definitions of righteousness. Our righteousness, therefore, is our expression of the will and nature of the Father.

This is exactly what Jesus came to do: to express the will and nature of the Father. The word “express” means to show, evince, manifest, articulate, and demonstrate. Hebrews 1:3 declares Jesus as the express image of the Father - the perfect imprint and character of the Father. He gave perfect expression to the will and nature of the Father.

Likewise, God’s plan and purpose for us is to give expression to the will and nature of the Father. This is true righteousness. Imagine if you lived your life giving expression to the will and nature of the Father everywhere and in all matters and events. What a ministry. What a life! Make these your cogitations. Hallelujah!

Prayer

*Dear Father, I thank you for revealing your nature and will to me through your Word and your acts of love. I’m the expression of your righteousness, giving perfect demonstration to your will and nature in all I do. By the power of your Spirit, I walk in alignment with your purpose, manifesting your glory and righteousness to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*

*RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND ASSURANCE*

_*For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17)*_

In Romans 14, the Apostle Paul discusses issues of conscience and how Christians should handle differences in personal convictions, particularly concerning dietary practices and observing special days. He emphasized that Christians should not judge or cause others to stumble over matters of food and drink, which are secondary, compared to the more important aspects of the Kingdom of God.

No wonder he concluded in Romans 14:17, *"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."* This is remarkable; it tells us what the Kingdom is about— righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost! This is what your life should be like every day; the effusion and manifestation of His righteousness, peace and joy.

It reminds of something beautiful that the Bible says in Isaiah 32:17, *"And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever."* This is wonderful! So, first, the work of righteousness is peace; peace in your life, such that no matter what happens, you’re unperturbed, full of confidence, eternal joy, comfort, prosperity and rest.

Also, observe that it doesn’t say that the effect of this righteousness from the Kingdom of God is quietness and assurance for just two weeks, no; it’s forever! The 18th verse says, *"And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places."* While this prophecy points to what Israel will fully experience in the millennial reign of Christ, this is a present-hour reality for us in Christ today. We dwell in Christ; that is our peaceable habitation, our sure dwelling and quiet resting place. You have quietness, safety and security forever because of the righteousness of God given to us in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!


*PRAYER*
Dear Father, thank you for the gift of righteousness, which brings peace, quietness and assurance forever. I walk in the light as a child of light, lambent and luminous. I dwell in a peaceable habitation, secure, safe and at rest forever. Thank you for the eternal joy I have in the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

The example of Moses in our theme scripture is what God expects of us. He wants us to be identified with Him and esteem our calling in Him much more than the wealth, fame and comfort that the world could offer.Your union with Christ is the greatest thing; it’s far greater than anything money can acquire. That’s why it’s important that you know who Christ is in your heart and believe in Him with your spirit.

The knowledge of who you are in Him and your glorious heritage in Him will inspire in you an extraordinary boldness and confidence such that the whole world will mean nothing to you. Pleasing Him in all things, and fulfilling His destiny for your life, becomes all that you care about. Recall the Spirit’s prayer through Paul for the Christians at Colossae: _“For this reason…We continually ask God…that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way…”_ (Colossians 1:9-10 NIV).

Moses didn’t live in Jesus’ day, but he had a revelation of his calling and identity with the saviour, because when you identify with Him, you become a saviour. And that’s what Moses became. The Bible says through him, God delivered (saved) the children of Israel from Egypt. Going to confront Pharaoh to let God’s people go was at the risk of his life but he esteemed that assignment beyond any resultant peril. He was dauntless, forsaking Egypt—the world—and all it represented.

Let nothing matter or mean more to you than living for Christ. The Bible says, _“And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again”_ (2 Corinthians 5:15). Live to please Him. Remember, you’re a saviour from Zion; you were saved to save others. Identify with Him in His passion for soul winning. Esteem His call upon your life—the call to win souls and lead men into salvation—more than the treasures of this world.

Dear Father, I esteem my calling in Christ above all worldly pursuits and live a life worthy of you, pleasing you in every way as I fulfil my purpose to the glory of your Name. _*📖Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us (Romans 8:37).*_

Think about what we just read in our opening scripture! It means your victory over the adversary is already settled. It’s the result of what Jesus accomplished for us through His death, burial and resurrection. Today, your responsibility is to maintain that victory; rule your world. Take charge. God has given you the dominion and the authority to alter the course of events in the earth, using the Name of Jesus.

Revelation 1:6 tells us something remarkable; it says God has _*“…made us kings and priests….”*_ Kings rule. Kings exercise dominion and exert authority. Romans 5:17 tells us something equally beautiful; it says, _*“…they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.”*_ That’s your calling: to reign in life through Jesus Christ.

The Bible tells us that God set Jesus Christ in the high place of glory, put all things under His feet, and legally declared Him to be the head over all things for the benefit of the Church: _*“And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all”*_ (Ephesians 1:22-23).

The Church is His body; therefore, if all things have been placed beneath His feet, and you’re part of His body, it means all things have been placed under your feet. Satan, failure, sickness, poverty and death are all under your feet. Glory be to God! You’re seated at the right hand of God in Christ Jesus; that means you’re in the place of divine authority and power. Therefore, reign in life, and rule over circumstances. Hallelujah!

*Dear Father, with the authority you have given me, I take charge of my world with confidence and boldness. I enforce your will and purpose in my city and nation as I side with you in bringing your Word to pass in this world. I declare that your Word prevails in the lives of men, for amplified activities of righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.*
