Lagos- calabar coastal road is not a fraud. If you have been to the section from VI which is just at the front of Eko Atlantic City, then you will know it was a brilliant idea. Travel times will so much reduced. It will relieve the pressure of the Lagos-ibadan- shagamu- ore - Benin roads. Work has already started at both calabar and Akwa ibom axis too.
