Politics › Re: Governor Ambode Is Fulfilling His Campaign Promises - PDP by goodforsomthing: 8:08am On Jun 17, 2016 |
hedonistic: Ambode is a far better governor than that elitist and obnoxious pretender called Fashola. The latter used his eloquence and excessive hype to confuse millions of gullible idiots. Discerning people like me saw through the noise, and I detested everything about him. I still do.
Even as an eminently anti-APC political observer, I saw from the earliest days of Ambode's gubernatorial reign that he showed signs of a creative/humanist/pragmatic approach to governance that I could not argue against. For you to be saying that about fashola, mean you know nothing about Lagos state.if fashola has not done well,am sure Ambode won't have had the chance of becoming Lagos state government. Venzal: Hello guys,
With the current situation of things in the country, I am thinking of shifting base to Ghana for now and watch how things pan out.
I have some questions I'd love travel experts in the house to help me tackle (if you currently leave in Ghana, all the better for me)
1. What documents will I be in need of in the course of this travel.
2. What's the estimated rate for getting good accommodation in Accra - like for over a six month period?
3. We have heard a lot about the power situation over there... is it really all that stable? (because I am into internet marketing).
4. How friendly and peaceful are the folks over there? (very essential as I no like 'kata kata' any day )
Please I'd love people familiar with life in Accra, Ghana to drop as much details as possible, so I can make an informed decision and know how to prepare myself. I'd be really grateful for your valued input.
God bless in anticipation.
P.S. Please no snide remarks/comments on this thread, please. Thanks Pls start going fast fast so that will we know how many will remain. Naijabet man say so |

jiggaz: Billionaire heiresses, Temi Otedola and DJ Cuppy were featured in UK’s Daily Mail and referred to as “Britain’s new super-rich” as they currently lead a jet-set lifestyle and enjoy all the trappings of wealth.
In the article, Cuppy Otedola, said
“when she is working in Nigeria she needs to travel with a security team in a bullet proof car due to the risk of robbery and kidnapping”.
This is the reason she much happier in London and has recently moved into her own apartment there.
She also said “London is bliss as I can walk down Brompton Road without a worry in the world. In Lagos I can’t say “I am going out for two hours”, I have to go with people, take security, my dad needs to know where I am. None of my other DJ friends need security, it is kind of his fault so he has to pay for it”.
Her sister Temi, who is studying for a degree in art history at University College London, gave her own reason for loving London as “We have done Dubai and Paris but always come back to London. You have the luxury shops, luxury cars, luxury houses, you can spend the money you have worked hard making”.
