Please stop blabbing. Any serious football fan knows Arsenal do not have the quality to win the league but this things happen sometimes especially with a good coach and belief amongst the players. Example is in the case of Leicester that year. Even this Arsenal almost won it last year and everyone is still seeing them as a contender ahead of Chelsea and United this year. It takes a quality coach to parade average player like Arsenal's and still make them a top team.

You sound more like an Arsenal fan to me...You guys need to appreciate what Arteta is doing with the average players in that team. Hire Guardiola and he wont do better. Same thing I used tell my husband who used to be a die hard gunner. I don't understand what you meant by "insult" though

You know nothing about football. As a united fan and having followed English premiership over the years, I respect what Arteta is doing at Arsenal with the bunch of average players.

The era of 90's and early 2000's where the league is like 2 horse-races between Man U and Arsenal is quite different from this present era.
Wenger even contributed to dwindling fortune of Arsenal because all the players he discovered to increase his quality normally end up in joining Man U or Chelsea or Man city and he will always replace them with a mediocre who will not always measured up

Football coaching job is one of the most delicate jobs on this planet that requires a little bit of luck because result will not always go your way even you have quality players at your disposal.
Presently, Arteta is getting it wrong because his midfielders are too slow and lack creativity and he needs to address that quickly.

I'm very sure you are going to rate Vincent Company high by the time he wins the Bundesliga next may forgetting that Tuchel a highly rated couldn't win the title last season despite the array of stars

Hahahaha I like our discussion. Don't get me wrong, you are making some valid points and it proves to me that you know your football. I am not someone who gets angry or riled up when getting or listening to some else's point of view.

However, my take is that you are personally restricting your point of view to Arsenal calling them ' an underachieving team with an over rated coach in Arteta" so tell me why is Arteta over rated according to you. And why is Arsenal an underachieving team? You clearly dont rate both so why are you calling them underachievers or overrated? You just don't like Arsenal or Arteta...fair enough no yawa.

So a young novice coach who has never coached any team before took over a team like Arsenal that were been mocked and laughed at for years while finishing outside the champions league places in positions like 5/6/7/8 etc, and led them back to the champions league, finishing runners up the last two seasons, reaching the quarter finals of the champions league, and also playing an attractive attacking football in that period is not improvement? Haba na, where are other ex players like Lampard, Keane, Rooney, Neville, Viera, Gatuso, etc who tried and fail

Which one is he won it with Emery's team again. Once a coach leaves and another one comes in even if it's mid-season it is his name that will be on record that he won a trophy not the coach that left. So if Amorin comes and wins any trophy with Utd now going forward it will be downplayed and credit not giving to him?

Btw, you saying Arteta will not win a single trophy with Arsenal is just wishful thinking. You don't know anything that will happen tomorrow, it's just what you wish so it's not certain! Any coach/team still left in a cup competition can win it. So don't beat your chest and say "I repeat Arsenal will NOT..." It's not that serious abeg...mic drop!
