Without prejudice to last nights PSG/Bayern Muchen match which I seriously enjoyed as a neutral,the simple fact is that both teams have poor and porous defence lines.
While it is good to attack at all times,it is also important to have a reliable defence line.
Thinking that you will always out score your opponent may work sometimes but it will not work ALL times. This was the mentality that did the marvellous Brazilian national team in at the 1982 world cup versus Italy. It was what did PSG in against Chelsea in the World Cup final last year.
A tactical and clever coach will finally come up on top against a coach who believes he will always out score his opponent at all times.
Watching last nights Champions league semi final gave me more confidence that Manchester United with clever signings in the summer will challenge for the Champions league next season.
