That scripture above is not applicable to YOU or to CHRISTIANS......IN THE NEW COVENANT, because of the finished works of Christ. There's lots of scriptures in the new covenant that invalidate that scriptures because its a progressive revelations that has come to full knowledge now.

There was a prophecy from God through Isaiah the prophet that Hezekiah was going to die but Hezekiah repented and prayed, the prophecy was reversed.

In the book of Acts 10.
God revealed to Peter to eat somethings that are unclean descending from heaven, Peter said " Not so , Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean"
Verse 15 :And a voice spoke to him again the second time, " What God has cleansed you must not call common."
Verse 16: This was done three times. And the object taken up into heaven'

Verse 17: "Now while Peter wondered within himself what this vision he had seen meant" NKJV


So what can we deduce from the above verses?

Even Peter the Apostle at the beginning could not really get the meaning of the revelation until some people came to look for him.

Everything depends on God's sovereignty and the way we interpret the prophecies. God knew that Hezekiah would repent then why did God sent Isaiah to Hezekiah in the first place? Later, God changed the prophecy.

Is God the author of confusion? No!

God is sovereign. God does what he likes.

Prayer can changed prophecy if rightly done just as we can cancel evil dream of accident, death or calamity.

God is not the author of confusion but of peace.

When it comes to prophecy, it is not all prophecies you make known to people, you need spiritual maturity and patience to deal with prophecy.

God may say to us to hold on but because we want show that we hear from God and we want people to know that we have heard from God, we go ahead to inform people whereas God is saying hold on or wait.

Prophecies may be misinterpreted but God has the final say.

1. The new covenant is completely different from the old, prophecy in the new doesn't mean "foretelling" the future. All prophecies are locked up in the books of the bible. It is not the place of church, the body of Christ to be predicting election results - those are elements and crumbs which Christ never called us to do. We do not have such examples, not from Christ neither from the Apostles.

2. The case of Hezekiah. You're shooting yourself in the feet in the sense that God is not author of confusion. God first told Isaiah to tell him and after Hezekiah prayed, it was averted and same God told Isaiah AGAIN to go back and tell him God had averted the first prophecy. That clears the confusion. What do we see today? If God told a prophet to say Trump will win election...IS IT THE SAME GOD telling ANOTHER prophet Trump will LOOSE election? Again, if God tells a prophet Trump will WIN, and later Trump LOOSES, why don't the same God tell the same prophet Trump will loose to clear the first prophecy as also in the case of Hezekiah?

3. Peter's case has nothing to do with prophecy but vision which Peter didn't understand BUT IT WAS INTERPRETED IN THE WORD SO NOW WE KNOW.

4. I have never seen where God's prophecy didn't come to past unless men are misinterpreting it. If a man misinterpreted God's prophecy learn from it, be more mature, apologize to your audience AND MOVE ON...life doesn't end because you misinterpreted a prophecy.

Let me give a clear example of spiritualizing a text AS INTERPRETATION instead of interpretation which the end result is SPIRITUAL.

When I was growing in a church I got born again, there's this big so called respected and anointed man of God he preached from Isaiah 6 v 1

In the year that king Uzziah died, I saw the Lord....

He "spiritualized" Uzziah in his interpretation to mean an enemy that is king over your life, meaning in order for you to see the Lord manifest in your life, your king Uzziah must die, etc

We grew up and swallowed such teaching because we didn't know better. That's what I mean "spiritualizing" the text.

On the the other hand, interpretation of text as it is with the intent of the author that the end result of it is spiritual is an example like this

You must be born again....

So when we understand what he explained to be born again, the interpretation doesn't mean 2 things it means just one thing and the result of the interpretation is SPIRITUAL without us "spiritualizing" the text.

So from the passages it's very clear that the trump spoken about wasn't a human being but an heavenly instrument that would sound on the last day.

Hence I ask those who believed that Donald Trump was the last trump spoken of in the Bible, to explain how the last trump which is a heavenly instrument became a human being.

Merely reading other translations clearly show trump in that verse is NOT human being. If it was, the English construction doesn't make sense. Too much of KJV bothers some of our Christians people. But let's wait and see.

I came to understand that those words were not from me per say! They were highly Spiritual words!

All these while I had not seen any Connection to Trump and the last Trump!

Late Last year or Early this year, I am not sure which, I was having my Personal time with GOD, reading the Bible and all that. When I got to 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 , I was just reading and when I Read "at the Last Trump" ! My Brother, I got Shocks and Chills in me ! You Now how you get a signal from God when something drops!

I had to go back to it! The Last Trump! The Last Trump! I called my wife and said baby! See what I am seeing today!

That's not my First time of Reading! Infact I have Read the Bible 2-3 times every year in the few years! But that was the First time I got that Revelation on that!

About a Month later or thereabout! I have a lot of Brethren Worldwide who we Talk on things of God together on YouTube and all that!

Now, I need you to grab a Bible concordance and check word meaning of last trump and also trump of God, then see how you read in context after u neutralize your pre conceived notion, see it that helps and come back and share your findings. Your zeal is good but your have to have accurate and precise knowledge, which comes by studying. You will be in error whenever you start to "spiritualize" a text without knowing its application.
