Don't you guys run a quota system over there?

There are quite a few whites in the Air Force and Navy already(mostly NCO's) But there is currently no Quota system in place..The other day at Okahandja Military School I saw about 30 young whites(Male and female)standing in a formation of about 200 Cadets...How many of them will actually complete basic training,I have no idea
But I think it's a good sign.So expect pictures of White soldiers in the Tiger Flash soon

@ViceAdmiral the footage in total is about two hours long...A lot of it is muted...especially the parts where they are explaining the different types of equipment....So I'm going to spend the rest of the day adding cringeworthy music
