The official rate for czk is 13naira (1czk= 13ngn), euro is 351naira (1euro= 351ngn) and 1euro is around 27.03czk. You need to convert to euro and tell the bank the amount you're paying in euros. Trust me, it is fast although they will collect close to 360 per euro and charge you their own commission but it is the fastest so far.
