I think the text was sent to everyone not initially recommended, its a way of promoting the course and creating awareness, besides, if you noticed, its just postgraduate diploma and not even masters. do not fret, check your status, if it currently reads 'supplementary recommendation', you'll soon be enlisted for the course you applied for and not maritime.....My advice, check your status first...all the best...

Thanks for the advise, but I will still give the Msc Finance a shot. One more thing, need I write a new SSCE? The one I am using now has just science subjects and I didn't credit Economics in it. Thanks once again.

Was in the school today.was able to get my course form and payment receipt signed and stamped at the school bursary. Paid dept fees.submitted my form to be collected next week because h.o.d was not on seat.
Noticed pg students 2014/2015 were binding their projects and submitting a copy for defence which I was told it will be this week.

Sorry I wasn't online...I'm very sure, and made it know to everybody on that day that iI suddenly loose interest in unilag postgraduate, to open it up... Ask any civil engineering applicant that started d exam with us at d normal time, it happens around 10minutes after commencement of the test

I was der @ d exam hall n heard wen d invigilator asked d guy y he was writing PGD n he answered he gradjed wit 3rd class...I dunno wat happened thereafta cos my mind ws in my test....anyways, its very possible dat such cn happen, bt tell me wat skul in 9ja such tins doesn't happen....2ndly, dat guy has to also wait 4 d rslt/admission like evry 1 of us cos im admission sef neva dey guaranteed...

As rgrds d delay in releasing results; its nt expected from an institution as unilag n if ds is dir procedure, it nids to b chked bt we all knw; its nt just unilag dat delays results ds way in 9ja so make we still apply Ctrl + chill; hope n pray 4 da best....
