Racoon:I keep saying it, Buhari only became President just to achieve 2 things and he has achieved it. He is more concern about the north you can tell in his decision making. 1. He became president to make sure 85% power/resources control is in the hands of northerners to strengthen “northern oligarch” 2. He become president to enjoy the benefits attached to the office of the president to take of himself and his health issues that’s why he travels for medical issue(spent 3 months in London) during his first tenure without minding what people said.
