I knew it and told people around me then, that the PH refinery wound never be delivered as promised. Successive governments had been ‘cashing out’ on the refinery by way of Turnaround Maintence even while unnecessary, most times. From the way Buhari rushed to pay the $1.5b upront, without required tenders and necessary paperwork, I knew there was more that meets the eye. FG should bring in forensic auditors to trace the $1.5b. Nigerians will be jolted to see that Mr Integrity himself don cash out. The PH refinery repair contract shares some striking semblance with that of Lagos-Calabar highway. Naija leaders get mind! 1 Like |
