MrMcJay:
Please, let's try to undergo regular medical checks. Blood pressure, blood sugar, blood tests, cholesterol, vitals, cardio tests and few others are not really expensive. Blood pressure tests monthly and at general body tests at least once annually.

Many cases of people slumping and dying are due to blood pressure complications. Undiagnosed hypertension is a major killer and many don't know.

Well said.
But,
At the end we'll still all face death, it's inevitable.

It made me realise that it is wrong for a man of over 21 years to be in his father's house. It could be the last resort, as it is now but if you can avoid it, please do. Go out and be a man, because right now, I'm being treated the same way I was treated when I was 10. It can be very annoying at times.

Lol...Same here bro

I use RN8 and to change font, all I do is go to settings and change your region from Nigeria to India, you get to see lots of fonts you could download and use... I believe it's same procedure with other Xiaomi devices... Try it out Sha.

Dpsychologist:
Your body

Exercise is very essential for your body

1. It attract ladies

2. It keeps you fit

3. Keeps you healthy

4. It increases your stamina and helps you last long in bed

There are various exercise to keep you in shape but take note that your Target is to have a body of a model like chris brown not a bodybuilder like the rock.

Well done thanks for this
