I want to venture into a business/side hustle that entails frying yams and sweet potatoes and selling at a very busy junction in my area.
I intend to provide the finance for it and get someone to fry and sell and cover all daily expenses then pay me a daily stipend.

Now, my questions to those already in it are:
1. What is the estimated cost to start up?
2. How much will not be too small nor to big to request as my daily stipend??
3. What are the other challenges that I may encounter and how can I overcome them??

Come up with a busines plan and we can take it from there. Many have built houses from this. We will register a business name suitable for the business.

NOTE: I can only offset the setting up expenses while you will be the one that will handle the running of the business, you will have 50% ownership provided we sign agreement with lawyer.

I've been with the young family during this lockdown period and I observed her closely..

When someone stands up from the chair, she quickly put her nose there. Likes to smell one's fart as well as puts her nose close to rotten food, dirty socks, shoes etc..

It's getting out of hand and the mom is worried now..

Is this normal? Is this a rare medical condition? Will she change this habit over time? What can we do to help her?

OP, I know you are worried. Worry no more. She will outgrow it. I was worse than her in my childhood. I loved inhaling dusts, silencer fumes, petrol fumes, cigarette smoke, etc.

Today, I can't stand them. Just caution her and let her be. She'll definitely outgrow it.
