The programme was aimed at coordinating activities of health workers to ensure maximum service delivery at the state hospital and all the state’s health institutions. Adeyanju said, “Government was greatly disturbed by the advertisement of death accessories to those who need encouragement to survive. “The activities of shroud and coffin sellers within the vicinity of the state Specialists Hospitalsin Akure and other health facilities across the state are worrisome” “The activities of these merchants of accessories of death is already constituting a nuisance within our hospital environment. “It is highly disturbing to see advertisements of coffins at our hospital gates. “What message are the promoters of these businesses sending to the sick who should be in the right frame of mind to receive treatment. “You should not be seen promoting death where we are encouraging and sustaining life.” The commissioner said a bill seeking to ban the sales of these items would soon be sent to the House of Assembly for passage. http://www.punchng.com/news/ondo-plans-banning-sale-of-coffins-near-hospitals/ |

Inova: Mumu. You probably were not born during the reign of Buhari else you would have known he was one of the few who stood against corruption to the point that even his corrupt colleagues eg IBB were afraid and had to act fast to topple him overOld idio.t, I won't vote for him, is that too difficult for your to comprehend? |
dick hardener: Son nigerians did not reject him, the elites did. If only you have an inclination as to how politics works in Nigeria you will review your yardstick for the supposed rejection.late Meles zenawi of Ethiopia violently truncated the government preceding his and totally I mean totally snuffed out corruption from his nation and transformed it to an enviable eastern economic hub devoid of corruption.Pops the last time I checked the elites didn't constitute the majority. |

BlueMurder: Only empty barrels resort to insults and name-calling in the face of superior arguementsWhich superior argument? Nigerians rejected him, who are you to anoint him as the messiah. |
ypzilanti: It is the hallmark of intellectually inferior people to hurl insults when they cannot marshal points to support their position. I do not blame you, I blame the poor education you received that makes you capable of typing English, but bereft of any logic or historical context.Prof. Don't blame me, your buhari is a serial looser! ![]() |
outrage: Please reason with your head! He did not do that as a military ruler when he had maximum power, how is that possible under democracy? You can do better reasoning with your anu.s |
Basic: Man, keep quiet! The man ruled Nigeria as a military man who had absolute powers to enforce almost anything, and yet, he never imposed anything in the name of religion. Or was he a christian at that time? So, get a brain!Check his record as PTF boss, most projects he embarked on were AREWA-STAN based. Ewu |
ypzilanti: I'm amazed that Nigerian people who can type English and probably graduated from University cannot do some critical reasoning. what then should we expect from Nigerian illiterates?Mr. Logic am sure your are very much aware of the saying that the worst democracy is better than the best military regime. Your righteous buhari once destroyed democracy, if you are still expecting him to benefit from it then you must be high on beneline codeine (cough syrup). Anuofia! |
