The female person who had tight dress, and could not scale the fence stated that they wore face masks. Nobody stated the characteristics or features of the faces of the assailants. The female person at the fence was encouraged merely verbally/orally by the terrorist to escape over the fence but the language was not mentioned. Who are they protecting?

Whereas, certain countries may have conspired to fight in Zaire for the Liberation of the Congo, there was no desperation to annihilate the African country.
