Business › Re: Which Viable Business Can I Start With N150k To N200k? by grandexpress(m): 8:08pm On Oct 17, 2019 |
BabaIbo: I graduated few years ago. I searched for job but I couldn't get one so I accepted a teaching job that pays 30k jus to keep myself busy whole working and praying toward a better one.
I have been able to raise 150k from my one year salary.
Now I'm above 30, thoughts and worries has been running through my mind recently.
Actually I have a plan of raising enough capital to start a viable business but as you can see from my present salary, it will take time to make enough saving that will be OK for my planned business
Nairalanders please which business can I do or start with 150k to 200k? Please advice a brother 1. Identify a scarce non perishable agricultural produce in Lagos or any major city. 2. Make contacts with Sellers of those produce. 3. Buy scarce market non perishable agricultural produce from your village or elsewhere and supply. Gradually your money will multiply until you can become a major chain supplier. You have to be involved in the process from start to finish to grow in it and learn the trade. Trade is the easiest business to flourish in Nigeria. All the best!! |

Carmit: Abeg no compare the two again oo...our leaders corrupt to stupor!
But Lagos is higher than Kigali in all ramifications except cleanliness... And that would be very hard considering the politics involved should Lagos decide to take some very decisive and straight to the point actions.
All of you know what I mean! Just? How about efficient Govt practises? How about efficient institutions? How about safety? 24/7 electricity? Portable and accessible water? Road networks? Public Basic education? Health Care services? Sometimes we just need to be objective and more rational in our findings. |

NGpatriot: That ipob is in serious pain. His village is doomed for ever.
You ever wonder why these tribal bigots don't have anything to show from their ipob states?
Lagos is what they wan and can never never get, this is killing them like crazy. Olodo!! I am Yoruba. Dunce!! And you want to know the truth. Ibos are more successful than us in Lagos. They contribute a predominant percentage in the commercial and economical activities of Lagos. So give them the respect they deserve. People like you portray the Yoruba race in a very bad light. Your sychonpancy and hypocrisy is second to none. Political ass licking is what you survive on. Olodo!! Mean while, let's keep Lagos clean!!

leokid866: I have 24 hours light in Ogun state......Redemption camp, my environment is clean and we have a relatively modern society so what is it you are looking for that is lost? Agreed Nigeria as a whole is far from where we need to be, doesn't mean you should be insulting all of us like there are those who are not trying at all. What we need to do is expose our bad sides so that Govt attention can be attracted to it. Since our Govt are known for knee jerk reaction. Over $30billion dollars from 1999 till date with very little to show for it. Take a look at the Metro project, all abandoned. And it cost $1.5 billion. No one is saying anything. Everyone is praising the Govt. No one is holding them accountable. And that is the problem with we Nigerians!! Dubai spent $2billion dollars to complete their metro in less than 4 years with a stretch of 74.6 km. Lagos spent $1.5 billion dollars for 27 km but up till now they have barely completed 16 km since 2009 when construction started. We are our biggest problems!! If We hold our Govt accountable then they will do what is needful. |

The topic is about Kigali cleaner than Lagos and Plaindealer squashed all that by proving that ther are better, more beautiful and cleaner than Kigali.
Stay on topic and if you really care so much about the things you listed, they are suffering more in your village than Lagos so face your village. Olodo!! You don't even understand the topic. LOL!! The topic is right before your eyes and you are talking about Kigali cleaner than Lagos. What a retard!! This is what happens when an Agbero is picked from the street and given a cheap mobile phone with N100 data. You have no idea that you and your senior have both lost the arguement. Better go get him, he appears to be more cerebral than you. At least he understands how to read some English. Olodo jati jati!! |

djdutch: I was born and raised in Warri, Delta State, but I am Yoruba. I see myself as a nationalist and pan africanist. I want to see Nigeria and the black race succeed. We have fooled and embarrased ourselves long enough before the entire world. Countries like Rwanda and Botwana are showing the world the blackman is not primitive and animalistic and can build modern societies with 24 hour electricity and maintain good sanitation.
Are you not ashamed you don't have 24 hour electricity and have the most corrupt polticians in the world that bring shame and disgrace to your country. Don't mind them. They are e-rats on payroll. If they don't post pictures of comestic showcasing. Their paymasters no go give them shishi. Check their profile is only Lagos projects they post. That is why I have decided to be easy on them. If I engage them in a serious debate they will loose their jobs. And I some how feel sorry for them. No matter how much we disagree, I won't want them to end up like the picture attached below(homeless)

You should jin your LAWMA trash collecting friend posting pictures of trash all over the place like a sacked and disgruntledLAWMA worker.
Sad people, all you people love is anything bad or sad, or ugly or trashy or garbage or death or negativity, it's like God took away the DNA that makes people happy from you people.
Your existence is always about seeing other people in a bad light, you can not be happy for any reason, you just have to be sad and hateful all the time 24/7.
What a horrible existence. Infact you should be ashamed of yourself. If you like don't go and start packing shit from the canal and plastics. Olodo!! Instead of you to come up with initiatives to ensure a clean Lagos for all. You are using comestic showcasing to deceive yourselves. Very pathetic!! Let us join hands together to keep Lagos clean!!

urahara: Rwanda is still a third world country bro.......for now.. Third world countries are neutral countries who didn't form alliance with the Axis (Germany, Italy, Japan) or the Allies (UK, France, USA, Canada...) First world countries were the Allies and Second World were the Axis. But most people out of ignorance misuse the core meaning to suit their narrative |

plaindealer: Even sef, they have slums, dirty villages and poverty in the same Kigali, but I didn't waste my time posting them here because it's not necessary and I can prove my point with pictures from right here in Lagos.
These hateful people go from thread to thread to badmouth and trash Nigeria for stupid and dumb reason. Imagine this clown posting 2 pictures from kigali and concluded that Kigali is better than his own country?
The do this shit all the time, but today, you failed, it backfired, I called your bluff and shamed you, that's why the loser keep repiting the same dirty pictures from his abia village like Yaba left candidate.
What kind of ignorant and unintelligent people are you ipobs? Ibos are among the most clever people on the planet. You need to stop trolling and fooling around. We all want what is best for Nigeria but we need the right leadership to take us there. But paid e-rats soaked in tribal animosity like you cannot understand. grandstar: Rwanda is run by technocrats and hence the results. It is more like Hong Kong during colonial times though pretends to be a democracy. Also, a lot like Singapore. The head of government Paul Kagame is also very intelligent. It is a benign dictatorship.
The lack of democracy is beneficial. The government does not have to pander to a parliament or congress to pass the budget for instance. That was also part of the beauty of China. Anything the executive wants is simply rubber stamped.
Also, the president is clean. He isn't corrupt and hates corruption with a passion.
That said, Lagos state budget is not up to $2.5b. Then again, the state is highly urbanized and therefore will cost more to govern. Lagos has more people than Rwanda.
That being said, Lagos like most other states is corrupt. Contract inflation robs the state blind of many other contracts. Shoddy work by emergency contractors is also a burden. The state's recurrent expenditure is high due to a large workforce. I can't say if the workforce is bloated. The quality of delivery is also held down by godfatherism. Kagame is no technocrat. He is a visionary leader. A trained warlord with no professional pedigree to his name. It is his zeal for orderliness and principle that has made Rwanda to what it is today. Population doesn't matter at all. Otherwise India with over 1.3 billion people would be the global poverty capital. But unfortunately it is Nigeria. What matters in running a society is principle and management capabilities. Something we lack. One man pockets a fraction of Lagos revenue. And that man is the defacto ruler or Lagos state. |
